Enjoyed shopping for mums and oriental lilies. End-of-season selections and prices were attractive.

The store associates are impossible to find. And when they are forced to be in the aisles where people might find them, they like to walk away from the customers as fast as they can, lest someone stops them and asks them a question and they might have to actually do their job and either help someone or get an item for the customer. Multiple times in the past I have had above experience. And today, as usual, when I needed help I couldn't find anyone and there was no call button either to request for help. On top of that, I was overcharged for an item. The price marked in the aisle was lower than the price I was charged. When I went back to get this issue fixed, after much hassle, although the customer service reps gave me the price that was marked in the aisle, they did not give me the extra 10% discount that I was told I am supposed to get when I am overcharged. They infact laughed in my face when I asked for the discount. According to them, it's not their/home depot's problem or mistake that I was overcharged. It was my mistake that I wanted home depot to charge me the price that was advertised in home depot's own aisles!!!

I never have a problem finding someone to help me to what I am looking for. When I moved I used Home Depot for everything including carpet, wood trim, paint, lots of electrical items, lights. It was my go to place. I felt the prices were fair and quality of product excellent.

Store is great all the time but the popcorn is the little things that you guys do that make bringing my daughter with me an easy trip.. she loves going with me because she gets to eat popcorn and be with her dad while we go shopping.

Very clean store . No Complaints but could use more associates to help.

BRIAN AND MATT AT THE CONTRACTOR DESK WERE REALLY EXCEPTIONAL. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ME. THEY LOADED 25 BAGS OF SAND (50 POUND BAGS!) FOR ME. BRIAN EVEN WENT TO MY SCHOOL TO UNLOAD THEM FOR ME. GREAT LEVEL OF SERVICE ALL DONE WITH A SMILE!

I have gone here many, many times and have not been disappointed in their service.

I like the fact finding someone to help me was not difficult or time consuming.

Rochester Hills Home Depot is very helpful. I find the overall service of the store and the staff has improved a lot over the past few years. Had a great experience there recently.

EXCHANGED PROPANE TANK IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES - GREAT EXPERIENCE

The store was easy to navigate outside of a few stray carts and stocking equipment. The associate in lighting wisked me to the correct isle and got exactly what I was looking for.

I was happy with my experience except for the Kiosk. I did not understand it

It's easy to find my way around the store. The aisles are clearly labeled, and if I'm not familiar with the aisle I need, I just have to turn around and there will be a sales associate close by for help.

Nice experience, but not much left in stock at the price I wanted.

Was very happy with the merchandise bought. What I needed was available. What I didn't understand a sales associate helped me with. I will always buy from Home Depot. Home Depot had a large selection of the merchandise I needed and other stores do not. The pricing was below other stores with the same merchandise.

There was a time when I dreaded having to use this store. In the last 5 years, the associates have become very engaged and informative , they are forwardly helpful and patient, and they will go out of their way to assist in a department they are not assigned to. I love the Made in the USA emphasis placed on products. Best part ... they always always ALWAYS have at least one live cashier no matter how slow business is.

This is a great store. However, I do wish it (and other HD stores) had a larger selection of electronic parts. With Radio Shack gone, there is a void for things like: fuses, fuse holders, switches, resisters, and other things that would be used in a DIY project, LCD repair, etc.

As per my experience is everything I got very easily.

Store is clean, but the associate in Design area implied that it was to expensive for me before I told her what I wanted. All I wanted was the hardware to install a sliding mechanism for the trash can.

During visit to plumbing dept i have no idea what i need to do some plumbing job under kitchen sink and i show some pictures to a plumbing associate i think his name is John then he told me what i need and not . Thank you for your help John

Sales associates are the best. They always know where each product is located and are knowledgeable about the products.

I was sent to pick up some things for work, and needed help finding pretty much everything. Associates were friendly and extremely helpful and I was able to find exactly what I needed thanks to their efforts!

I visited the store with a difficult problem. I needed parts for an outdated product. Employee, Dave Bence, went through a lot of trouble to see if anything in the store would work. Then called the supplier several times, as the problem evolved, to find what I needed. He was able to Special Order what I needed and sent me home a very happy customer.
