The store was clean and the one employee I asked for assistance was friendly and very knowledgeable.

Employees are very knowledgeable about their department and products offered in EVERY department. When they ask if you need help, they genuinely know what they are talking about and can help you! Sometimes I don't even know what I need to complete a project but always leave with everything I need and the knowledge of how to use everything I purchased if necessary. This location seems to have great employee retention so it is always great to see familiar faces throughout the store.

We always need building supplies and they almost always have what we need. We use the no interest, limited time coupons on our Home Depot credit card which helps us afford our home improvements. Home Depot is the only Home Improvement store we purchase from.

Do people ever win these sweepstakes. Doesnt seem like it, especially if you dont click extremely satisfied on EVERYTHING on your survey.

I had the need to attempt a "work around" that included bath, plumbing, and hardware. With the help of three excellent employees, we were able to get it done. Plus one of the employees cut a threaded rod so it was even better. It reminded me of the neighborhood hardware stores of years ago. THE BEST OF HELP. The customer service at checkout was also outstanding. A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.

I went to buy Christmas presents. They had everything I saw online. The sales person was friendly and efficient and saved me money!

I'm a frequent shopper at Home Depot in Rochester MN. I LOVE that they let me bring my dog in the store. She is training to be a Therapy Dog and this is an awesome exposure for her. AND I think your employees like it too!!! Ever seen anyone NOT smile when they see a dog? :-)

I like the fact that you offer self check out!

We have made major purchases at this location and have been happy with the prices and how helpful/friendly the employees are. The store is busy, yet we can always get an employee to assist us and we can check out quickly. Online order pick up has been fast and efficient.

They actually have associates that know the store layout and know where items are. Novel idea!!

Excellent customer service

I was happy that the paint man understood my project concern, and gave me good advice on which type of paints to use. At the check out, I mentioned to the lady clerk that I was sad to painting over the wall paper that my Mom had on her walls for 30+ years, The woman had the same experience with her Grandma and gave me a tip that would make my Mom less sad over the much needed re-do. That cheered me up.

I actually enjoy going to Home Depot for all my project needs. It is almost always simple to find available staff if I have a question, and I have never been treated poorly or like I was bothering the staff, which I find to be the case at some of the other local hardware stores. Quite the opposite in fact! They are consistently friendly, cheerful and helpful. It's a refreshing to shop there, since it seems that level of customer service is difficult to find nowadays.

Very clean and accessible.As far as the store employees go they at least smiled at us.

I just built a ceder deck and by far the quality of wood was much better than other places. I know people that have gotten wood else where and it is no where near as good of quality

Associates helped me make a purchase for multiple units of rather heavy toilets and arrange install. Transaction was efficient, easy, and they helped make sure all discounts and promotions applied. We even had help loading into the truck our spiffy new toilets. Thanks Rochester Home Depot.

I made a phone call to the store, looking for smoke detectors. The specific type of detector I was looking for required Pricilla to use her time, patience, diligence which she went above and beyond all of those fine qualities. Pricilla also offered to put the detectors at the desk under the canopy for my convenience. I appreciate the extra "above and beyond" excellent help I received from Pricilla. this is my first experience with Home Depot in a long time and have not met Pricillia prior to the phone call. In a day when so many phone lines are automatied, it's wonderful to speak with a live person, expecially when they are as kind, helpful and patient as Pricilla was to me. (also, Pricilla has a great sense of humor) thank you

Products are higher quality, with more products on display, enjoy shopping there all the time.

Came looking to find all equipment so i may install a new storm door for my home. Received impeccable service and assistance ensuring i had all appropriate items to install the perfect door in one visit. Thank you Home Depot!

Always has what i need and prices are great for quality products.

We never have to look very long to find something, someone is always there to help us find whatever we are looking for and they are able to direct us very quickly. They make sure we have what we are looking for and help us load it on the cart if needed and were very helpful in loading up our trailer too.

The young lady in the Garden Center was amazing. She knew exactly where the item was that I was looking for and insured that I had the exact same kind of plant that I had been searching for all over Rochester. Her upbeat personality and professionalism made for a very pleasant shopping experience.

The store was clean, well stocked, the employees were friendly and VERY helpful. They had just what I needed & I was able to order the rest with free delivery to the store in a short length of time for something else i THOUGHT OF WHILE I was there.

Made a big purchase for me and was helped and encouraged all along the way, but never pushed!

Had a few issues with shipping. But the store manager was very supportive and resolve the issues promptly.
