I was able to find what I wanted and was out in just a few minutes this is a plus for me as a contractor my employees can stop get their supplies and move on to their next job.

Associates were very helpful and got the answers I needed.

Could not find available faucets in stock - NO ONE AROUND TO HELP - and when I found someone he kept disappearing - could not get adequate help either time I visited.

I was able to find what I needed, pay for it and get back to working quickly. That is what makes me happy.

If you place an online order with this store...be prepared to be served by rude personnel and an outlandish wait time to pick up your order.

** Very convenient access. Plenty of parking. Good stocking level, helpful and good quality products at better prices.

No one working returns desk and only 1 person at CS desk that handled my returns. Store appears to be short staffed

Terrible service

Needed a plywood piece cut into quarters. The saw was more than 1" off square. Waited 20-30" just to get assistance. For the everyday Joe, this much off square is probably acceptable but I needed 4- 24"x 48" pieces and after they were done cutting, there wasn't even one piece that could fit those dimensions.

Tjis is a typical jome improvement store that has become too big to br concerned about their customers. They do, however, carry most of the products neefed for home improvement It is unfortunate that the contractors they use are not customrr oriented, do not call back when requested, do not keep appointments or are courteous enough to ley you know they will not make it to am appointment and leave you sitting around waiting for them most of the day. It certainly does not reflect well upon Home Depot and I am sure they loose a good deal of business as a result of this.

I thoroughly enjoy the experience every time I travel to the Rock Hill store. Although there are other (None Home Depot stores) closer to me, I bypass them and go directly to the Home Depot.

Home Depot - Rock Hill Store. They have plenty of staff/team members on duty who you do not have to go find, who are knowledgeable & friendly all willing to assist in anyway. When this store has a sale they have plenty of sale items in store - meaning they are well prepared.

Just finished a complicated window order with the millwork guys at the rock Hill location. The house has cheap 30 year old aluminum builder grade windows we are replacing with new construction which maintains the current amount of window or glazing. The ads you see out there offer Replacement windows which fit inside the old frames which cuts down tremendously on your glazed area. Scott and Fred at this store walked me through the window maze for all the windows from some shaded by a large porch to ones in direct sun and ones that needed to be rated for emergency exit. There are lots of options deal with well trained folks such as these that can get you what should be there not whats easiest to install with a high margin.

Home depot, Rock Hill is my go to home improvement store! Over the years I have consistently gotten excellent customer service and hands down the best prices. When I bought my sink and my dishwasher the employees went above and beyond! Great people! Great store!

This store has a great selection of power tools and always have a good stock on hand of all their products
