Spring has sprung in SE Texas and it's only February! Keep checking Home Depot for their plants and flowers to come in. They always have a great selection of beautiful, healthy plants. I love going there to find the best plants and flowers every year. And the prices can't be beat. Can't wait to begin playing in the dirt in 2017...thanks to The Home Depot!

I purchased a whole house full of fixtures on-line from Home Depot. When the RO system I purchased did not work, Vallery and Martin were extremely helpful in helping me return the item. Their customer service went above and beyond any I have experienced anywhere else in a very long time.

We had our first carpet buying experience at this Home Depot and it was a very positive experience. The gentleman who assisted us was named Mario. He was extremely helpful, patient, and friendly. We would definitely recommend this Home Depot particularly and recommend that you ask for Mario.

I really like this store. It is always clean. I just have to ask an employee for assistance when I'm trying to locate a product and they will always help. The cashiers are very friendly.

Store #6503 was refreshing to walk into. Employees were very helpful from the moment I walked in to walking out. Items were displayed at an eye catching level. Prices were not shocking. The acknowledgment of the employees is comforting. Politeness and respect is what you get when visiting Home depot # 6530. We, the public appreciate you all.

I like a store where I see the same employees for years. It makes me think they have good managers and policies in place for their employees. This seems to be one of those stores...I know several employees by first name and I am rarely if ever dissatisfied with the service and selection of products.

Great store with a wonderful Home Depot sales and customer service team. We shop here often and are remodeling our home thus we would know good service. Like all stores easy to find everything! Staff very helpfull at all time

The employees are extremely helpful. More that once, I have had employees go above and beyond to help me get an item. They really go out of their way to be friendly at this store.

Needed some potting soil so popped in to this store's garden center. Potting soil was the first thing I saw in the bagged products area. Picked a bag up and checked out with no waiting in line.

Cashier does not give customers a chance to select email option - Mangers do not return calls

item was not in stock although online said item was in stock. When calling for help it took over 15 minutes to get anyone to help find item and then they were little help and told me to go to another store.

This store is the best store in Texas! Every time I go here with my family for project materials and stuff we are always greeted with smiles and its like that show were every body knows your name...lol. I have lived in Richmond for eight years and I have been to other store locations and I tell you it never compares. My favorite employee is a cashier named Ellen, and she is so sweet and knowledgable of all the products its crazy. If every I need help before I check out she helps me out and even helped me shop for the best product to use. Everyone needs to make 6530 their store. Give it a try and you will see the difference.
