Leo in lumber was so friendly and helpful. Just greeting us on the way in the door and asking to help us was a great way to start my shopping experience. He helped me choose the right products for my project and cut it all to my measurements. The checker was fast efficient and friendly and on the way out another gentleman offered to help load my car. Awesome service! So glad I chose Home Depot in Roseville.

Was a few complaints of mouse rats knocking junk down at night and breaking glass and bird feeders

The people in the electrical, plumbing and lumber area are great. They know how to fix problems easily and generally have all of the products and tools in stock.

Ben in lumber is a pro. He know his business and will provide you with knowledgeable advise and get you the right stuff. Jose will assist you if you need help loading. These guy's are amazing!

Made a fast trip to have keys made. Associate was helpful, friendly, and the new cpmputer aided kay cutting machine was efficient and fast.

The store was clean and bright. Everything was easy to find(although I "live" in that store so I already KNOW where everything is!). I was there for paint and a few other items. I think the paint counter associate could have used some help though. She did an AWESOME job of handling that line up but it was a busy Saturday AM. I think 2 at the paint section on Saturday AMS MAY BE better??

I wondered the store looking for curtain rods, only to be told that they were located in the far corner, beyond the flooring department. I had searched most of the rest of the store before seeking out an associate to ask for help to find curtain rods. Once I did, I found exactly what I wanted quickly, and at the price I wanted to pay. The curtains are now hanging nicely in the room!

Took us a while to get an associate for help but they were good after we got them!

Young man at service desk helped my husband and I locate cabinets, got someone to download from top shelf, loaded the countertop on top and a sink. Then checked us out, helped us out to the vehicle and loaded into truck. Very knowledgeable. Seriously, this is an outstanding associate. I wish I could authorize a raise for him. Our experience at this Home Depot is always positive. Well stocked.

I always receive help at this store the associates are knowledgeable and very friendly. This trip I was getting bead board paneling and it was moved to the saw and cut for me, after checking out the employee put it in my truck. The store is very well planed out. Things are so easy to find. This is my go to store I love Home Depot.

I went to the store for just one thing, a PVC end cap. Maybe because I have been coming to this store for years, I knew exactly where to look and was headed to the cashier within minutes. On past visits, when I needed help finding things, I was pleasantly surprised to have the associate stop what he was doing and lead me to the item.

I have been to a lot of Home Depot but this one was very clean, everyone was very helpful and most of all the lady (Sysan) was very cheerful and nice, I was in retail also for many years and customer service is very important to me this store is a little out of the way but I will continue to shop at this store!!!!!

I'm a new home owner and this place has been nothing but accommodating for my random fixes and projects. I've had excellent customer service and plenty to choose from. I will be returning here often...

bought a clearance Ryobi blower that had a none charging battery took the battery back and had to bring back the whole unit and box store manager got involved and spent about an hour trying to work out the exchange had to call the rental at another store and got them to hold an exchange one but when I got to the other store they only wanted to send in the battery and have Ryobi replace the battery Original store manage was super but not so at the rental department at the store she sent me to for the exchange It seems to me that you could have just exchanged the battery and I would have not spent almost 2 hours plus the drive on an exchange other than that I love the Home Depot and would be lost without your store nearby

I came in to buy a table saw a while back and immediately had an attendant offer to help me. I had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted, so I showed the associate the table saw on the Home Depot app on my phone and he walked me right over to it. Before I could say anything the attendant offered, and ran off, to get me a cart for the saw. While he was gone a second attendant came up to offer to help. We talked at length about the Saw and its features while we waited for the first associate to come back. After getting to the register I explained to the teller how I've been waiting for this saw to go on sale but could not wait any longer and caved in. The teller had the great idea of applying for a Home Depot Credit Card which will save you 10% on your purchase. I applied and qualified for the card and saved about $50 on the overall price! An additional associate helped me out to load the saw into my truck and even thanked me for my business. I was surprised how good the customer service was at this store. I know Home Depot is a big name company, but in the Roseville store it really has a small and friendly mom and pop kind of feel. Over all it was a great experience.

The customer service at the return desk was excellent. I have 2 Home Depot credit cards, but had left the one needed for the return at home. The associate was friendly, helpful and the return was done easily and fast! :)

I find that while trying to do my shopping, looking for items I need , several times I have been approached by outside sales persons trying to sell Solar systems etc. It is like be approached by a used car salesman...........very annoying....... and when told I was not interested, some have become quite rude....... Home Depot should rethink allowing this to go on in their stores.

The associate was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable which are key characteristics of any associate dealing with the public.

I was interested in buying a table saw and was browsing the internet for discounts on my particular table saw. There was a scam type message to buy discounted eCards. I called H.D. and asked about Veterans Discounts and was told that I could get it on Memorial Day or 4th of July Etc. I went to the store and ran across a supervisor named Tyler Felix D27 Supervisor, asked him if I could get my veterans discount if I purchased the Ridgid Table Saw and he took me to the service counter and started the ball rolling. I thought he went above and beyond. Kaitlyn Frades then finished out my order and I told them I would pick up in the A.M. When I arrived the saw was not pulled but Kaitlyn was there at the desk, got on the phone and did a little barking, had the saw brought out pretty quickly and even helped load the saw up on my sons truck. Excellent service on her part.

Great Service today by Alex in the Lumber department who went out of his way to help me. Merrilyn checked me out and Jose loaded everything in my car, a great job was done by all. Thanks so much!!

All associates were happy to assist me in several areas of the store.

Ralph at the paint counter was helpful, courteous and very funny. Given the weekend was Memorial day and the store was busy, and the people were all around him and his associates, he seemed very comfortable doing his non stop work and sort of entertaining us all with his banter and knowledge.

Clerk was very helpful during checkout. We were in and out without anyproblems.

The cashier was very pleasant and seemed to enjoy her job. I visit this store often and have found the employees to be very helpful and friendly. They always have what I need in stock.

The store is always clean and inviting. Ample availability of associates to help, and Theresa at checkout is always happy and helpful. I purchase A LOT of product from this location, and will continue to do so.
