I never have a problem with this store. The associates are always willing to help. If they cannot help, they will get someone who can. This is one of the better stores.

I am usually in the store about two to three times per day. I do remodeling and handyman work and familiar with about 90% of the stock and location, unless they move something.

The store had everything we needed to set up the Christmas lights for the front yard. We found great customer service. Thank you.

Great service and experience. Staff was Friendly, knowledgeable and quick to answer any and all questions. Was in and out quickly. I'll definitely visit this location again. Would recommend to others.

I am a BIG supporter of home depot. yall have helped me do many projects. this time my hot water heater went out and due to federal regulations i could not put in a tank hot water heater without relocating. i went to the tankless option to be more efficent. However you dont stock any tankless hot water heaters or the supplies to install them. I had to go to your competitor which has them in stock but as usual none of the employees have any knowledge of what a copper pipe is(thx lowes). my family needs hot water to take a bath and wash clothes and dishes and with it getting cold i had to hurry to get this fixed. i could not wait a week to order one. again i will continue to shop here bc you have always helped me and supplied me quality items at a good price. please fix this so future customers can say the same thing.

It was hard to find some in the roofing materials part of the store, but once I went to the cashier he had someone help me right away. Lowes is across the freeway and it has better selection but I still go to The Home Depot, because people WANT to help you, when you look lost. - J

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE HELP WE GOT IN THE PLUMBING DEPT. JIM WAS VERY HELPFUL AND EXPLAIN ALL WE ASK HIM. ALSO TOOK OUR TOILET TO CAR AND PUT IT IN BACK OF MY VAN.

The Asscoiate was very helpful and patience with me while I was asking questions. Found everything i needed pretty quickly and was in and out faster than I thought.

Found the item I needed in the wrong color, I asked an associate who then asked another associate if they knew where the item was in another color thinking he had seen it, he then proceeded to open boxes and sift through similar items where he thought he saw it and found the correct item in the correct color for me. Real service at its best

Round Rock home Depot store is the most cleanest and very organized store you will find and the best thing is has the the most helpful and friendliest associates. I feel like this store is my home and the associates are like family to me.

We had multiple questions regarding the installation of new smoke alarms & Jon in the Electrical Department was awesome!!

As I entered the store, I was greeted by several associates in a very pleasant way. One young lady offered to help me find what I needed and led me down several aisles directly to the product. On checkout, I was treated in a friendly, helpful way. She helped me with my credit card use and thanked me for coming. I was treated wonderfully.

The products are neatly displayed. The sales associates are helpful and kind. The cashiers are pleasant. Thanks Home Depot.

I was in yesterday was helped by your lovely ladies in the door department I purchased two doors and a storm door for install. I was quite pleased with that experience. Looking forward to having Tyler install them. I had been helped by Sandra on several occasions as I researched for doors. Such a nice young lady and knows her job.

Everytime I visit an associate asks if I need help. Went to Lowes two times in past week and got no assistance, however would improve the available tile and doors.

Everyone is always super friendly in the store from first entering to wondering the aisles and employees asking if we are finding everything OK to checking out. It is obvious HD employees seem to like if not really love their jobs. HD is my husband's favorite store =) We've never had a bad experience with HD.

I love tools ie: I love home depot, they've got me covered on anything I need.

This store was in stock way more than the others in the area.

The electric and tool area the employee greeted me and ask to help and they sure did,, store was very clean ,, all smiles

We are planning to do our floor tiling by ourselves and Home depot has the greatest store associates ever for tiling and flooring needs. Made it easier for us to find what we need and gave us tips for basic tiling.we still wanted to attend home depot tiling class to make sure we will do it right.

I will continue to shop at HD for several reasons; I really like that I'm able to check for product stock online and also see which isle the item is located. I always get asked if I need help and a lot of times I do. It's always great to bounce ideas off someone who appears to enjoy helping people find solutions to a problem they're having with their project or just answering their questions.

The store was clean and associate was very curious.

This Home Depot has helped me solve just about every home-related self-repair issue I've had over the past decade. The employees make my life easier, and I'm grateful for them.
