Doug at the returns desk was very helpful and very pleasant to work with. I had no hassles with product returns. He was very quick, without making me feel like I was being rushed.

Bought Appliances had nothing but problems, the measurements on the signs are incorrect a quarter of a inch make a big difference when trying to through a doorway. Getting a refund was a nightmare.

The prior Store manager was often very visible. I shop here often enough that he knew my name & what I was working on by what I had on the rack. I have not had the opportunity to meet the current store manager. He/she is doing a great job based on how the majority of employees interact with each other and with customers!

Debbie at service desk is the bomb

I was able to speak with Scott the Assistant Manager on the phone and he arranged to have my 28" inch Ariens Snow Blower assembled and ready for me to pick up at 6:00 pm on a Friday night. Kathleen the cashier was able to get my application for a Home Depot credit card quickly processed and approved. I was impressed by how friendly and helpful both Scott and Kathleen were at the end of a long work day! They made my shopping experience a sheer joy!

This is a Clean, neat and well run store. We recently moved to the area and visit this store frequently throughout the week.

This is the best Home Depot in the world and the only one I go to the staff is super helpful. They cut the best keys, have great lumber, and Caitlin tge manager is the best... super helpful all the time !!!

The employees/sales associates are very friendly and polite! Every time I ask any of them where a certain item would be located - they either personally walk me to where it is, or give me directions that take me right to it!

Clean, pretty organized and most products are in stock. Staff is knowledgeable about products and will refer a product if you are unsure of what product to use

I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store with a friendly "Hello" is there something I can help you with today. She showed me where the washers and dryers were. I met Joanne, who helped me painlessly through the process of purchased my new washer and dryer. She was knowledgeable about the different brands and listened to my concerns, my want list, and the size I needed. She was so friendly and personable, made me feel like family. It was just nice that I didn't have to go and hunt someone down to help me, she was right there ready to help.

Please address the veteran discounts and inform your employees regarding this issue.

We recently moved to the area and have had many home projects that needed completed to make our house feel like our home. Home Depot has been our "go to" for so many of these projects: new flooring throughout, new granite counter tops, deck repair, staining, kitchen appliances, and interior painting and grout updates. We are so pleased with and thankful for Home Depot. . . Our place is now our Home!
