I went to home depot looking for Christmas deals and was bummed that they were out of the Dewalt battery starter kit with one free tool. Garrett from power tools came over and asked if I needed help - I told him I was looking for the battery starter set. He said there was one left and took me over to the aisle and went up the ladder to get the last one for me. He asked if I needed anything else - I told him I was looking for the Band Saw as the free tool but did not see any on the shelf. He took me down another aisle, went up the ladder again and got the last band saw for me. WOW! He's the Man! Garrett could have easily told me they were out of stock, but he went out of his way and put forth the extra work to make sure I got what I was looking for. GREAT JOB - Garrett!

Self checkout is a hoax. There is no saving to customers. Prices have doubled and tripled in the last 4-5 years. I don’t get paid for doing their job. Nor do I get a discount. There is rarely an employee inthe isles to address concerns. Rarely an employee running a register. Yet there are ALWAYS 6-8 people standing around customer service/ returns doing nothing and having a good laugh amongst themselves. There is always one or two employees at self checkout to handle the CONSTANT problems.

Overall great experience. Only confusion was due to the Milwaukee promotional sign not matching the Home Depot co.puter system

Manager at this store is either always gone or refuses to deal with customers. You feel more like a bother at this store than a customer.

Typical of far too many retail outlets, HD expects shoppers to do their job at checkout. Price have increased over 30% in the last 2-3 years and the number of employees is decreased. Typical of almost every business in America today, customer service is the lowest priority on the to-do list.

I was helped by a gentleman named Drew. Very much an asset to this company.

was in need of new riding mower and wanted John Deere. Mower was assembled properly and I noticed a sign from an apparent sale that had passed and when I questioned the price they honored the "sale" price ($200 off) the team member waited with me until I rented a trailer ( our HD has tool rental) and helped me load mower. Overall I was well pleased with my experience.

This store is nearby, and I depend on this store for many supplies and materials. I enjoy spending time in this store. Frequently, I shop as I developed my thoughts and plans for my intended purchades.

I am a big advocate for Great customer service And every time I come in here, the people are so nice. They greet me they are welcoming and they are always very willing to help very satisfied with this location and I’m glad closer to my home.

Great service, and I’ve never had a problem with any of the products or had to return anything. On my last visit an off duty employee helped me which really pushed me to take the time to do the survey, first time that has ever happened while shopping!

I needed help getting my iphone fixed for miliitary dicounts. Sales register person, Lynn, knew exactly what to do to help me sand was very patient and kind. Clearly was eager to help me like I was the only customer in the stiore. George G.

Homedepot had everything I needed I'm a milwaukee guy and was happy to get what I needed for my new house definitely will shop there again

My son wanted to buy his mother a new stove for Mothers Day so we went to our local Home Depot and she found one that she liked. The sales lady "Gigi Frazer" was a wonderful sales lady. My wife is Korean American and I could see that Gigi explained everything in simple language so that my wife could understand all the paperwork and warranties. She was very knowledgeable of the appliance and explained the paperwork thoroughly. Her personality was very friendly and made us feel comfortable the whole time. I am sure that the stove will be exactly what my wife wanted. The warranties were very well explained with the service they provided and what was covered. MS. Frazer is the one to talk to when buying an appliance.

The self check out employee’s can’t even answer basic questions about what forms of payments you take, then get shifted off to customer service where one employee also didn’t know and actually looked like I had 3 heads when I asked. Then called over another employee Vanessa also in customer service, at this point completely frustrated no one can tell me if you offer, tap, Apple Pay , Samsung pay or a scan and go online option. So Vanessa comes over assuming something about a Home Depot credit and start saying we could look up by social security number. I’m like we just said we’re trying to Tap and Pay or scan and go option so we can check out and go. It was like no one was listening or were looking like they have never heard of APPLE PAY OR TAP to pay. So we just end up paying with card even though that’s not what we wanted to do. I then proceeded to ask Vanessa where the bathrooms were, I had my toddler with me and he needed to go. She didn’t even look up and vaguely goes in the back. She was incredibly rude and dismissive with her shrugging of her shoulders. Like you work in customer service, I’m sorry you hate your job! Honestly this is not someone you should be having in the front dealing with customers, attitude was very lack lustered to say the least, for the position she’s in. While everyone has bad days, when you walk through the doors of the establishment your employed at you leave it at the door. Also, we need to be offering other forms of payments then cards and cash. A lot of companies have tap to pay, Apple Pay and even a scan to go feature on the app. SUGGESTION for whoever is in charge of that.
