Molly S. Was very knowledgeable and super nice gal! She showed the wife and I exactly what was needed for new bathroom vanity and all hook ups!

Employees are too busy to help. You usually can't get a cart down the aisles for all the stuff piled around. Don't bother complaining because they will always have an excuse, an eye roll and a snarky "Have a nice day".

We were greeted at the door and pointed toward our purchase items. The store was clean and buzzing with customers. An associate met us in the department we were looking in and knew a lot about the products. He was knowledgeable about the products and materials and this helped us make a decision on a product that fit our needs best. We found a great product at the price we were looking for and they are going to deliver it to our house! Very satisfied!

Excellent customer service

The best Home Depot store in the Greater Milwaukee area is the one in Bay View! I always get the best customer service. Shout out "thank you" to Jody for helping me find the bathroom vanity I was looking for! She also pointed out a nice faucet on clearance that matches the vanity beautifully. She and her team went the extra mile to assist me in finding what I was looking for. Even the cashier was friendly and helpful with the transaction. Thank you all for providing great customer service. I am grateful.

Helpful and clean

I come to this place several days a week as I am always working on projects. I almost always find what I need and everyone always treats me well while im there.

The associates were friendly and knowledgeable. This is the 3rd time I did an online order pick-up, love it!

Recently we ordered a snow blower online and picked it up as a snow storm was coming soon. We got the item home and upon unpacking the box, found that there were parts missing. So, back to the store we go. Judith in Order pick-up took care of us the first time we were there and then again we we had to return the item. Of course, this was not her fault and interestingly enough, when we were there the first time, she offered to open up the box so we could review contents. We said "no" and that was our mistake (won't do that again). Nonetheless, Judith was extremely helpful and after crediting my charge card, she offered to reorder the snowblower for us. So, we didn't have the use of the new blower for the storm on February 12th, but it is on the way right now. Better yet, Home Depot will assemble the blower at no cost to us due to the inconvenience we experienced. (The store did not have any snowblowers in stock.)

He also ensured that I went home with all of the accessories I would need. His professionalism and knowledge was outstanding. Thanks again!!!!

I highly recommend this store.

This is a very busy store. For that I would rate 4 stars but for the volume it sees I rate it 5 because they do a great job. Many of the staff speak Spanish as well as English which is impressive. I don’t speak Spanish but I think it’s great that they have options for their customers.

Great service from Yaritza, even tho she was busy she always had a smile and made or shopping experience great, I found t The product I needed fast a dewalt drill set.
