Quick service in rental department and professional.

I bought a lot of paint and Neil did a fantastic job helping me get in and out of the store quickly. He remembered me from the night before, when I purchased a few samples, and he made some jokes that made me feel right at home. He followed through with my purchase all the way to the cashier. This is another in the long list of examples of good customer service experiences I have had.

If you need help...seek out Victoria, not only is she well informed on different areas of the store, she takes time to explain what you might need before leaving....she will empower you to complete your DIY project with confidence. Thanks!!!

I like to be helped so I don't have to search for what I want and spend time so I can finish my project quickly. I sell cars and I like to answer my customers question and be respectful of their time.

On this visit, I needed just two items in the garden store. I have purchased many items in previous visits over the past few years. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Store recognizes the Purple Heart Recipients with special parking area. Store is always clean and stock is easy to locate. Associates are very polite and always on hand and ready to help when needed.

The Customer service at the store is excellent. I needed to find a receipt and associate was more than happy to help me.. She was patient even though I didn't know when I bought the item or even from the Blaine store.

Very neat, orderly store, with some of the most helpful employees I've seen. Easy to get in and out and find what you need and if you can't they'll gladly help you.

I went into Home Depot skeptical of walking out with what I intended to. I had already been to Menards and Lowe's with no luck. I walked in, went straight to the plumbing department where I met Michael. Michael was eager to help me with my "teacher DIY project." He custom cut 45 feet of PVC pipe for me. I will NEVER go to another Home Depot again! All of the associates that walked by me in the hour I was in the store asked if I needed help finding anything. I have never had such great customer service. Thank you Home Depot and a special shout out to Michael, for allowing me to walk out with everything I needed!

The store in Blaine is so much fun to shop at, the associates are dependably helpful and cheerful, and most of them savvy about where things are, or willing to find another who can help. My occasional returns are handled with dignity and good will. When I need someone to help load things heavier than I'm able to handle they are there within a minute or two.

The lady at checkout was very friendly, but I sort of expect that in Minnesota if you are friendly too.

My husband and I always find shopping at the Blaine Home Depot a very pleasant experience, due mainly to the high level of customer service that we receive from the store personnel. The employees at this store are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. There is Mary, who always greets us at the door with a warm smile and welcoming words; Kelly at the Service Counter, who quickly arranges to get our special orders loaded; Mike, who is pleasingly sociable while helping us load our special orders; another Mike in Plumbing whose wisdom and extensive product knowledge saves us lots of time with product selections; Victoria at the Paint Desk whose product knowledge and insight are of great help with choosing the right mixture of elements in our paint selections, and Rachel, at Check-out, who is always generous with hospitality, and professional, efficient service. This is what makes The Home Depot our favorite place to shop and it is the key that keeps us coming back.
