Donna is a super friendly and helpful cashier. She definitely understands customer service. KB was so kind to help load my potting soil and new garden mums into my car and I was able to get all this done on my lunch hour!

Went in to buy a grill for home use and research replacing a door. I checked out the available grills & deals then asked for help. Received knowledgable help immediately, made a decision & Home Depot immediately processed the transaction. Was completely finished in 20 minutes. Decided to begin research on replacing an entry door (which has been decimated by an energetic puppy). Asked for directions & help, was met in the door department by an associate. I described my issue and was directed to a metal clad replacement door and instructed on additional information I needed to aquire before making a purchase and basic instruction on self installation. This entire process took about another 20 minutes. The associates were very prompt, courteous, provided very appropriate knowledge, and did not pressure me to buy anything. Let make my own decisions on my own time.

Everything I had on my list was in stock and able to purchase. During browsing the store, each associate I met greeted me. The sales associate who checked me out was very helpful and courteous.

I always lIke going to home Depot. Can wait to see what will be coming next.

The clerk guided me to the needed product quickly and in a friendly manner. Self-checkout was a breeze and quickly completed. I purchased the needed product and completed the purchase in less than 15 minutes!

Decided to finally get that old bathroom shower floor replaced. Found everything I needed as the selection is very good and convenient to locate inside the store. Associates are always friendly and helpful. Thank you to all those who work so hard and whose commitment raises the bar for other stores.

I was extremely pleased with the sales associate in helping me locate an item. She walked me to the isle and to the item. She was very polite. The lady at the return counter could not have been more personable and efficient. I felt better leaving the store than when I came in! It is a pleasure to be greeted by sincere smiles and helpful employees that appear to like their jobs. Breath of fresh air! Good employee training Home Depot!

Needed supplies for getting lawn planted. Checked other garden supply stores but they did not have what I needed or much more expensive. Homedepot had everything I needed at best price: lime, fertilizer, sprinklers, seed,... I made a quick stop at this convenient location and was on my way.

Needing to get in and out quickly, the associates were a big help. I found what I needed and was out the door, after using the self-checkout! I'll be back

I am able to find product at this Home Depot when I can not find it at others in the area..This store has a greater selection and I like that

Aisles are clearly marked for ease and associates are always visible and available for assistance. My cashier was extremely nice and had a great sense of humor. Always a pleasure shopping here.

Over all the store was as any hardware store should be. It was a first that they where nice, helpful, and courteous to me. I will go back as long as they keep up with the customer service and associate availability.

Bought a bunch of tile and supplies . Got a new tile saw and it was a pain free experience . The associates were friendly and informative .

The Paint Department personnel helped me out greatly with my question of using ceiling paint. Behr has great ceiling paint, but Glidden Bright White Flat EZ Track Ceiling Paint was my choice since I like the idea it goes on Pink color and drys to a bright white color. I spray the ceiling with this paint and I can see where I left off before turning drying to a white color.

I've always found the staff helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

First time buying necessities for kitchen remodeling at age 79 and was surprised how well all the folks took the time to answer all my questions and even added a few remarks that I never thought to ask. I am thrilled at my age I could do this by myself with their help.
