Home Depot had the items I needed;got them;then gone.

This store needs better training for its associates before they put them on cash registers. Because of this lack of regard i have lost $61.71 from a store credit card. i think i will shop at lowes for now on.

The store was clean and well organized as I said the gentleman who helped us was very pleasant and computer smart.

The store carries the products I use, items are easy to find in the store, I can check online for availability of a product before going to the store.

I shop here often and am always satisfied with the service I receive.

VISIT THE WEB SITE OF HOMEDEPOT.COM TO FIND OUT IF THE BEHR PAINT WAS STILL ON SALE, AND IT WAS ON A REBATE SALE. THIS HOME DEPOT LOCATION IS CLOSE TO MY HOME AND THE PAINT DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL HELP ME WITH HIS KNOWLEDGE.

I visited the store on Woodruff Road in Greenville, South Carolina yesterday evening about 7:30 and was extremely disappointed at the garden department. When we entered the garden center there were 3 young men just sitting around talking and laughing. They didn't even take the time to greet us. The flowers were DYING OF THURST ! We walked around trying to find some good looking plants but there were none so we left. You might as well just not have paid for the 3 employees to be there and just put a sign out for "free half dead plants". Now this morning I went to the store at 1339 S Pleasentburg Dr and found a completely different garden department. The flowers there are arranged in a pleasing manner and are very healthy. They were watering and tending to them. The two employees I spoke with for friendly, knowledgeable and seems to be happy to be there. This is a department that should set the standard for all other locations. I did take the survey from my receipt and did give my experience this morning a lot of 10 ratings which I don't do very often. I don't even fill these out very often but I felt it my duty (as lame as that just sounded) to inform you of the lack of performance at the Woodruff Road Store. I am very pleased with my purchase this morning. Thank you for taking the time to read my e-mail

We worked with Tim to purchase the bathroom hardware for our new house and he was extremely helpful putting together the bundles of hardware needed to outfit our new home. We can't wait to get them installed and visit Tim and the Home Depot again for anything else we may need for our new home. Thanks Tim and the Home Depot!

The location of this Home Depot store is ideal for our construction company. Items are easy to find and neatly placed on the shelves. The staff is always right there when we need them and are very courteous too. I appreciate all they do to make my visit a good one. Thanks!

Since I needed your electric shipping cart, I wish it had a little more power. Not sure it was fully charged. It did accomplish the purpose. Outdoor associates really exceeded my expectations. Eric/Erik did a great job helping me on a particular bad day for me healthiest. Especially seeing me to my car and loading my items went beyond my expectation. A huge Thanks for great service! This was my second trip this week. Both were everything I wanted. Thanks!

A store employee named "Ken" helped me in the tool area find exactly what I needed and took his time explaining some of the differences so I could make the best decision. I appreciate his help. That kind of service makes it an easy decision to shop at the Home Depot.

The items that was purchase plenty was on the shelves with associates close by to assist .

I am relatively new to the area. I tried the store on South Pleasantburg Drive. This store is excellent. I love The Home Depot. It is clean, organized and has excellent customer service. I love how I can buy the CFL light bulbs in a box of 12 vice the smaller count containers. That helps me save lots of money. Thank you for taking the customer into consideration

I went in for a quick trip to pick up some shelving and was able to do so with little effort and time wasted. Checkout was quick and the cashier was friendly. A good experience for sure.

The store was clean and very organized. I found the staff at this to be polite and very helpful. I shop at Home Depot alot and I always find everything that I need .

This is a nice store. I picked up an online order. The only issue was with the time to get an associate to help me load the item.

Always a good experience. Shop at The Home Depot three to four time per week. Customer service is good and the knowledge of associates is outstanding. Not mentioned much is store vendors. Many times I have been assisted by vendors and they to are very helpful.

Store was wonderful but associate Scott was awful. I went in for two things asked the first associate I saw "excuse me sir could you tell me where the sulfur is" and his reply was "what are you gone do make a bomb". I was shocked and appalled I looked at his face to see if he was joking and he was not as he stared at me waiting for a answer to his question. Then I thought ok is that the only thing people use sulfur for is making booms? Why did I have to making a bomb. I was just getting what people told me would get rid of snakes in my yard, I had no clue that I was gathering supplies to make a bomb.
