I left my wallet (containing plenty of cash and credit cards) in the store, and the cashier chased me down in the parking lot to return it to me. The world needs more people like this!

I was at this store for over an hour (Yes I'm like a kid in a candy store lol) And not one single employee acknowledged my existence! I just found that to be odd. At my usual store almost everyone will say hello, ask if I need assistance, make small talk, or at least smile so you feel welcomed. Today I was given the evil eye by one guy and a young lady would look away if I glanced her way, even though she was doing nothing!!

Today, I received the worst customer service I have ever had at a Home Depot. This is the second time, at this location, I have had bad service, or in today's visit, non existent servive. I tried to gain assistance for forty minutes. The North Pleasantburg & Simpsonville locations provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service. It is sad that South Pleasantburg no longer does.

VERY good store! Plenty of knowledgable and willing to help workers. Just stay away from Jim C. in the appliance dept. He will try to upsell you with something you don't need. All he cares about is his sales numbers.

I visit #1127 at least once a week. It is very close to my house. I find the level of service fluctuates a great deal. On weekends it is overstaffed and pockets of HD workers track together. On most days the workers have low energy levels and stare at customers instead of proactively. Can I help you. Having a good day. I would like to make it better. SMILE. With a little training and hustle things could be 100% better. I would suggest that managers review the tapes of interactions. ATTITUDE.....

This location off I-85 is the place to shop for all your needs. We buy everything here and shop here regularly. The employees are willing to help with all your needs and spend time with you if needed. You must visit, if you have never been there before.
