Most of the time I am satisfied with my shopping experience at this store. Its nearby and convenient to run by and pick up what I need. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

On a very busy holiday weekend, we needed help cutting shades. Garland went far above and beyond, working with a defective machine, to make sure that we got the shades we wanted in the size needed. He took his time, was patient and resourceful and is a wonderful ambassador for his store and company!

This store is pretty much a stand-out among the big box stores and even most other HD locations. It is scrupulously clean, very friendly and attentive staff and they seem to carry a wider selection of cool stuff. Plus the tool rental section is kind of interesting for the DIY crowd. And I don't know exactly how they manage this but most of the staff actually has a personality and a sense of humor, which I find refreshing. So yes, I'd give these guys a 5 star recommendation, because someone is clearly doing a good job of training, quality control and general management. These are increasingly rare attributes, so you have my compliments! Great job!

The associates that work there are pleasant and always willing to help. Larry and Rob from The Pro Desk are great to work with. They are wonderful employees and always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Home Depot has amazing customer service and their employees take much pride in that.

Great Customer Support, Good selection, reasonable prices. Internet ordering easy, but pickup not so smooth yet. Still worth it if you're not in a hurry to get your order and you just don't want to walk around the store. I'd have given 5 stars had the online ordering/pickup process been better.

Great service! The store has restored how I use to feel about Home Depot. They use to be my #1 and now they are again.

I recently placed an online order. The ordering process was very smooth and easy. The pick-up process not so much. For the number of items I ordered I almost could have done the shopping myself in the same amount of time it took to pick up the online order. Online ordering is a good idea but it still needs some tweaking on the part of Home Depot - both at the local and corporate level. I'll try it again in a couple of weeks to see if there's been any improvement. Overall the store is great. Customer service is the best. Prices are reasonable and stock is usually sufficient.

I was in need of some 16g nail for my airnailer I don't use much 2in and 11/2.they had them! However in boxes 200 count each. But then low and behold there was a verity box 1in 11/2in and 2in.Just what a small time retired DIYer dream. Don't find that at LOWES!

When I need anything, I go to HomeDepot! If I cant find it, they will..If I cant haul it away, They will deliver it! No and again you find a associate having an off day, but we all have them. Great Store and Amazing Prices! Im a lifer!

Very frustrated attempting to shop this store. Four employees sent me on wild goose chases to find products... that after finally forcing the customer service desk clerk to find out if they actually did carry the products--they do not. Non helpful employees who did not attempt to find answers (I think they are on aisle 15... in garden center aisle 3", ineffective customer service, pallets in the middle of aisles all over the store in two cases there was no room to maneuver around the pallet, and another time I had to ask a customer to move their cart as it was blocking the only access around the pallet). Just a mess all the way around and reminded me of why I don't shop there anymore. I'm there every day!

I enjoy shopping in this store. I use to shop a Lowes, right down the street, but I now do all my shopping at The Home Depot.

Paint department was excellent. Rep had to search for my color match and did a great job.

The staff here are the best in the area!!! I will drive out of my way and pass Lowe's to go here.

Great people who get great customer service unless you are buying an appliance. I would never buy an appliance in this location because there are too many hands involved in so many things go wrong. I've made three separate appliance purchases and all of them were an epic to fail. The employees that work the regular departments are very helpful especially during the morning hours.

Great selection of plants, providing plastic sheet for transporting the plants in the truck without prompting, great customer service. Left product at the check stand and cashier Georgia followed me to my truck to deliver the package.

Nothing better than great customer service and this place has it. They have helped us with so much and are always there to help when I have no idea where to look. Thank you

The team at the Chattanooga Plaza, from the Store Manager to the cashiers, are outstanding. They are always willing to help you find a solution, locate an item, or answer a question. I have seen many of these Home Depot associates for years in this same location and that is a testament to the store leadership. Thank you for all the help you have given me as a customer of your store.

Friendly and helpful staff

I recommend the store because of my experience on Friday evening! Cullen personalized my issue and helped me implement a wonderful solution and it only cost me an additional $25 (w/refueling the truck). The cashier was informative and helpful in providing all of the follow-up information I needed about the propane canister, warranties, etc. It was just an overall WOW experience!! Thank you so much!!!

I have been going to this store for YEARS. I know all the long-term employees by face, many by name. Not so much because I need individual assistance, but because when I do need help, they really stay with me until my issue is resolved. They all seem to get along with one another. And the store runs smoothly because everyone seems to have each others back - at least the majority, the majority of the time. Many items are no longer carried in the store, but can be ordered on-line. I have a few folks that are my go-to people - Sue in tools, Stuart in flooring, Philip for returns/check-out, and many other folks who are consistently willing to help or find someone who may know more. Let's just say the people in there are like friends and family from the elementary days. If they can't answer my questions, they usually know someone who can. And they are always encouraging.

This store has some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Whether I am helping my son with a school project or doing home improvements, I can always get the info I need. The associates are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the areas they are working in. The Pro Desk staff are really great!
