Superior customer service. Cut a sheet of EPS Poly Insulation I purchased for a project but it wouldn't fit into my SUV. Took the sheet back into the store and Bret cut it to the sizes I needed without charge. I would have had to return the sheet if it wasn't cut down and make another trip to the store with a truck. Very appreciative of the help.

They had exactly what I wanted and knew exactly where it was. I was in and out in no time.

Jason Turner in windows and doors and Jimmy, the store manager I think are awesome people. Made me stop shopping at Lowes and Menards and just getting everything in need from Home Depot as I embark on an intensive remodel ($100,000 job). To be honest it's some staff that seem to be disconnected from customer service but that is everywhere and I don't think a company can overcome that. But if a company follow the Pareto principle hopefully more will follow suit. I understand they don't know what brought me in but I had a fire and replacing a great deal of stuff so I will ask a lot of questions. Therefore, the time Jason spent with me was much appreciated. I would names of folks that I think gave poor service but actuality it's to many factors; tiredness, thinking about a personal issue, stereotypes or it's their natural decorum. Never the less no one made me feel less than just lack of interest. Jason and Jimmy were the factors I chose to go with HD. Overall good store!

I live half a mile from another builder store but I always drive the extra couple of miles to this one because I get help when I need it. All the employees are very friendly and go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need.

Wow the customer service is amazing at Home Depot. The associates go out of their way to direct you personally to the products needed to finish your project.. We were at this Home depot store for paneling. The staff in the area was helpful and courteous. The store is clean and well organized

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, and was directed to the area I needed. I then asked an employee to direct me to the cleaning supplies, and he was helpful. While there an employee asked if he could be of help, and he then helped me select a product. A few days ago, I needed paint and the employee there was very helpful in selecting what I needed, and answered my questions.

A young man named Spencer noticed me pushing a flatbed with top soil to my truck. He saw that I walked with a limp. He stopped and came over to me and offered to load the soil into my truck. I have a bad back and it was much appreciated more than he'll ever know. The AMAZING part of the story is that Spencer was off the clock. He gave me a few minutes of his time. He is truly an asset to the Home Depot Team. Keep up the great work Spencer.

We went to this Home Depot store and was helped tremendously by Jamie Earle from the garden dept. to find an item...he kept with us until we found it, never giving up...great service!!!

Wally Czarnik is an awesome employee. Home Depot is lucky to have him there working. He is very helpful and attentive, and very knowledgeable at his job. Glad he was there for us during our renovation project. We will certainly be there for future projects in the future. Thanks again Wally !!

Staff is friendly, helpful, and available. The store was clean and well stocked and easy to find what I was looking for. Prices are good too. I ordered online and my fencing project was all ready to be loaded when I got to the store. Really was impressed shopping there as I usually use another store for most things. I do believe that is going to change from here on out.

Paid for two items and only recieved 1. Asked the cashier about my other item and she wanted to argue and told me I must've lost it.
