They almost always have what I need when I need it. The aisles are marked and I usually have no trouble finding what I'm after. Because I'm not a big shopper I can go in, get what I need quickly and I am back home in no time at all. Works great for me!

I came for interior paint and related items. Prompt attention from informed staff sped up process and made it very comfortable. Good service is hard to find and I have found Home Depot to be well staffed and very prompt in offering assistance.

Every time my family and I visit this Home Depot we are greeted with friendly associates, always asked more than five million times (and not in a bad way) if we need help finding anything and everyone in the store is so kind and willing to help! I am extremely happy with the friendliness and kindness that Home Depot associates have every time we visit, which is probably twice a week! Our daughter loves riding in the race car carts and getting balloons whenever they're around the store, the men and women working the registers and in hardware always ask if I need help loading my car when I am alone and I am very grateful for that! We will never shop anywhere else for our home needs!

In this day and age of the computer, I byt is nice to take in a broken or otherwise unusable part and have an associate actually explain how things work,so that you understand and can repair or replace properly,may be old fashioned but for a home owner its a blessing and a money saver.

The store was a mess. The floors were filthy, the shelving was dusty and a lot of merchandise haphazardly laying about. They need a floor walker to put things away and do "general housekeeping".

We could find what we saw on on the internet as being in stock. We asked a cashier for assistance who called some one and no one showed up. We finally found what we were looking for. It was hidden behind a display of hangers.

I needed help in electrical for an outdoor project and your associate, Jamie, came to our assistance. He was patient, knowledgeable and gave me confidence to go ahead with my project. It went very well the next day and I'm still grateful to Jamie.

I had to purchase several items in different departments with a list from my contractor (saves me money by me shopping instead of him) and I was unfamiliar with several items. I had the BEST help in four departments with one guy even calling ahead to another department so the guy was waiting at that department to help me when I got there. BEST help ever. ALways good products at Home Depot, also.

Product was easy to find everyone was helpful prices were great!

I was asked is I needed help from an associate, I didn't see the color spray paint I wanted on the shelf. He located it for me.

Worked with two associates, both were friendly. The first associates took me to the product. The second worked at the register, she was really friendly.

While I was leisurely shopping in the various departments of the store I was helped by no less than 3 employees. Each of the workers was pleasantly helpful, accurate with their knowledge and courteous. This was not my first time shopping this store but was by far the most impressive. I have worked in the service industry for a number of years and I know it is too often we only here from our customers when something went wrong, please accept my heartfelt thanks for a job well done. Excellent team performance my friends..

Whenever we go to Home Depot, we almost always find what we want and if we can't find it, there is always a friendly sales associate close by to help my husband and I!!

I went in with my list in hand to buy Composite Deck supplies. Bret answered all my questions about the product , and put my deck plan on the computer so I could see how it would look and went over my supply list . he saved me money Thank You Bret for all your Help. I was looking for flowers for my garden, and was happy with my selection after being helped.

The male who ended up helping me get propane to my car, treated me as if I were stupid or lazy. I can assure you, I am not. I have had three back surgeries, two hand, and one shoulder. I also have neuropathy. I live in pain, 24-7. However, I was trying to make this Memorial Day nicer for my nieces and nephews. You see, we lost my mother and father late, last year. I did not know about the automated system for the propane tanks. He acted quite put out. Your "associate" ruined my day. Thanks a lot.

My experience here was great, from the greeter to the associates, they were readily available, not like the other stores, you have to go through every aisle to to find help!! Best place for a diy'er to get advice in the best way to complete projects. All associates were very knowledgeable and eager to help with any questions I had.

Part of our preparation for bringing more than 200 Saginaw County high school students together for a day of service includes shopping at Home Depot. Maria Theunick at the Pro Desk is amazing - we bring in our shopping list and she makes it happen.And she goes the extra mile to make sure our projects have great results!

Store was clean and check out lady was very professional. Infact the customer before me forgot his items and she was quick on the draw to get him his items.
