Staff is helpful courteous!Will be back for sure!!

I went to a Lowes and the entrance to the garden facility was closed. I went in to buy 10 bags of mulch and there was no one to help me with it. I left and went to Home Depot. Garden entrance was opened. I was greeted as I entered and asked if I need assistance. A young man named Christopher loaded my purchase on a cart and then loaded it into my car for me. Much better service than the "non-existant" service I received at Lowes.

Store Associate, Rachel was friendly, informative and helped us through our whole purchase with a smile. We are very satisfied with our visit, the personnel and service we received at this store.

Remember the old joke about not knowing if anyone even works at a home improvement store? That joke doesn't apply to the Salisbury Home Depot. You are greeted and informed and valued from the second you enter the door until you leave, satisfied and smiling.

The store was clean and organized and I had a great experience with both the paint department and the cashier! ☺️

The water softener salt area was a mess. The associate from appliances was extremely helpful, although it took at least 15 minutes to find someone.

Store aisles were extremely well organized and clean. Associate went out of his way to speak, offer assistance, and helped carry purchases to the front counter. I've never had that at the other store. !!

Store Associate was far and above the best at friendliness and knowledge. Definitely will use this store and that associate for anything lumber related in the future, though he shared that that wasn't his normal department.

Always Get Great Service from the Employees at My Home Depot

The total experience was delightful. Everyone was helpful and informative. They went out of there way to help my mom and I. I was very satisfied and intend to return.

The store was clean and the associates were willing to assist me with locating the item needed. I have found many items at the Salisbury store to be somewhat more reasonable in price than a nearby competitor.

We are building a new home. Many decisions to make. I find the people at our Home Depot to be so helpful. Today I was looking for the perfect kitchen faucet. Then needed to match hardware for the cabinats and add to that all needed to consolidate the new GESlate appliances! All was accomplished! The look is perfect, so I am a happy woman!

Rusty found us in the garden center, loaded gravel onto cart, pushed cart to other end of store where her loaded salt onto cart, pushed cart to check out then outside & loaded items into truck THANK YOU RUSTY

Pam-PJB055 is a great employee! She was so kind and helpful. She showed me all of her store rewards she had earned and what it took to earn them. The store should be proud of such a valued ,professional employee! Thank you.

My husband and I look for associate Jesse Fury when we are shopping in Home Depot. Jesse is very knowledgeable about the products. We have purchased items from Home Depot when we remodeled our bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Jesse was there to assist us through those renovations and his suggestions and recommendations have proved to be invaluable.

A sales associate named Montrel was so helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He cut all my lumber took it out to my truck and loaded it for me. His patient attitude made my shopping experience very enjoyable. Way to go Montrel!

The store was neat and clean. The product was easily accessible. The product was marked down when it was needed the most. Cashiers were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this store.

There were zero associates anywhere on the sales floor to assist in locating the product I needed. Thankfully after looking at the mobile app I was able to locate the product.

Assoc. was readily available and helpful. They were very helpful with my daughter with her first purchase of spray paint, for her new hobby.
