I like this store.. the stuff are friendly .. u can find pretty much everything here and with competitive prices and offers .

Great store - close to home, well stocked, helpful people. Can't emphasize how valuable a store like Home Depot is to us.

I found today that product sold at this location cost more than at the Escondido location on W Valley Pkwy.

The employees here are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Sarah at customer service was extremely helpful in my search for a product. The second I walked up to the counter I could see she was helping another customer. With my past experience at other retail outlets I knew I would have to wait until she finished before I could ask a question, something so simple. Not Sarah, as soon as she saw me standing there she turned to acknowledge me with a smile and said she would be right with me. I was taken aback by her acknowledgment, it was refreshing to say the least. She searched other locations to search for my product and even was going to call me to give me an update on my product search. I was totally blown away by her level of customer service. I am extremely pleased at the interaction I had with Sarah at this location. Keep up the great work! Very happy customer, Chris

The employees here really seem to want to help customers. Every one we encountered was willing to help, was patient with questions, and went out of their way to make us happy. Elisa was super. This is a great store.

All of the staff at this Home Depot are sooooon friendly and nice and helpful, which brings me back time, and time again. I use this store regularly and spend waaaaay too much money as I always buy umpteen items that are not on my shopping list.

I just went in for a couple small things & got some great help from a guy named Steve with glasses. He knew exactly where what I needed was & had a very cheerful demeanor about working there. That store should be stocked with more Steve's because he's that good!

Whenever I have a need for plumbing supplies I try to find the fellow I believe to be Russian, I do not know his name but I look for him everytime I need something in the plumbing section. All you have to do is describe what you are trying to do and he goes direct to the required fittings or product you need. Next time I see him I will get his name and give him another CUDO. Also this time I bought paint and was helped by a very cheerful and knowledgeable lady by the name of Patricia on 5/28/2018 approx. 3:30 PM.

We especially like going to this particular Home Depot Store because we enjoy good experiences always. One special employee we like to have help us is Julie P. She is tops. She is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. You can't beat that. Look for her on your next trip to Home Depot in San Marcos

I stopped here after a child’s birthday party and found their staff helpful as they loaded bags of soil in my truck. I also had a key made in the main part of the store. Great customer service

Rick at the San Marcos gardening area helped me with my vegetable garden, he knew all the steps and tricks, from vegerables to rabbit repelents, etc., thanks to him and his knowledge my vegetable garden is a great success.

Excellent staff, great products in stock, clean store.

Store associates are friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. You are greeted as soon as you walk in the door and are asked by multiple floor associates if you need help while you are in the store. Checkout is always quick and easy, and the cashiers are amazing (especially Kelli)

This store is conveniently located for me, and I have always been pleased with their service.

Great customer service!

We live in Encinitas - miles from this Home Depot. The service and staff at this particular store is superior to other HD stores. They are very helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. With spring here there is also a very well supplied garden department. Check it out!

ALWAYS A GREAT DAY AT THE HOME DEPOT. FOUND EVERY THING I NEEDED WITH THE FRIENDLY STAFF, AND WAS DONE AND CHECKED OUT IN 15 MINS. RECORD!

Going downhill. Consistent lack of help in lumber and hardware. Not restocking lumber overnight. Covered parking makes getting in and out a real pain. Cashiers are friendly and efficient but something has changed recently and there are not enough knowledgeable employees there to help.

This is the most friendly home improvement store and all the employees are very knowledgeable and willing to help you in and beyond their means.
