Assicates were all smiling and asked if I required help as I walked by. They all were ready to help.

I recently shopped at this store and was pleasantly surprised. It was so easy to find an associate to help and everyone was so friendly and helpful. They even gave me a card and I called later that evening. I would highly recommend this store.

Browsing the store is a great and fun experience. Ran into items not on my list that should have been. Store associates were knowledgeable and excellent help in locating specific items of interest.

I needed to purchase some paint today. The lady in the paint dept. was very knowledgeable and friendly. I got my paint and was out of the store very quickly. That's exactly the way I like to shop.

Very friendly and helpful associates. It's nice to see the associates acting like they enjoy their jobs and it's not a chore to be friendly to customers.

THE STORE WAS BUSY BUT THE ASSOCIATES WERE STILL NICE AND THEY DID NOT RUSH FROM ONE CUSTOMER TO THE NEXT LEAVING ONE FEELING LESS IMPORTANT THAN THE NEXT PERSON

clean and had no problem finding the battery packs i came in to buy, even got fast grate help with getting the battery pack off the store shelf.

We were looking for lighting fixtures for an entryway, dinning room and kitchen. After three other unsuccessful stops , I was thrilled with the huge selection at Home Depot. I must say we were there quite awhile as there were several excellent choices that would tie our three areas together. The associate was very knowledgeable and willing to address our concerns.

This is our favorite store! We love the associates and their willingness and ability to help!

I do a lot of shopping at Home Depot and am generally 100% satisfied. If there is a problem it is resolved quickly. The other big box building supply stores in our town do not know the meaning of the word Customer Service. Home Depot does a great job at the customer service, that is what keeps me coming back.

The associates were very friendly and eager to be helpful. I don't usually shop this Home Depot as i have historically always liked Lowes better but may rethink my options.

The employee that help me on my decision on purchasing my Milwaukee M18 1/2" Compact Brushless Drill was an awesome guy that was very knowledgeable. And I will be purchasing more tools at a later date from Home Depot.

The inventory was good, the store was a little too crowded with things but overall a good experience. I had a problem finding an associate to help and had to walk from the electrical dept. up to the customer service desk to find help. A mature gentleman asked if he could help and walked me to the right area and found the item I was looking for. I would suggest a few more associates or have the ones employed walk around more and be on the floor.

Nothing...it was excellent. Experience overall was great. I do most of my shopping at Home Depot.

Everyone in the store was wonderful. Especially Paul in garden. He was very helpful to us. He helped us with all the items we purchased. Lori the cashier was very nice.

The associates in the store are always willing to help you find products you are looking for. They direct you to the area in the store and generally will walk you to the area you need to make sure you have found the product. They are also willing to help you solve problems on what item(s) you need for a task you are about to undertake at home as a DIY project. The associates I have dealt with have always been friendly and courteous.

I always go to Home Depot over the other competitors. Because they care and your prices are always competitive. Customer service friendly store.

Periodically we need to shop around for our home improvement needs. Time and time again, Home Depot has come through with the most competitive pricing, and very helpful staff to help us find just what we need for successful home repair projects.

I don't visit this store often as I live a ways away but when I get the chance I'll stop, even if I don't need anything. There are always plenty of associates willing to help. I've found some great deals that haven't been advertised.

Great associates to help With finding products throughout the store

The store was very clean and bright. The associates were very helpful. check out was fast. The cashier actually discovered some minor defect on some pieces of tile we were purchasing. She replaced them while we were checking out. This saved us a return trip to replace the pieces of tile and time on the project.

The store is always clean, aisles are clear and well marked with their contents, associates are friendly and right there when you have a question or concern. There are so many products to choose from and it's great to have an associate's help to make the decision to buy the right item to fit my needs. I often find items on-line, but learn more after discussion with an associate. I find that most helpful which is why I'm always enlightened by a trip to HD.
