Good experience. Had what I wanted in stock. I purchased one ultra poseable Halloween skeleton.

I (a female) screened in my own porch with the advice from the employees at this store. They even told me what to do when I got to the corner. I even put in a retractable screen door.

I just bought this, very dirty. Brown stuff on it, not sure what it is!!!

I have purchased a ceiling fan, drywall, wood, and other materials as well as renting a drywall lift and other tools. The store is always well stocked and the staff has always been most helpful in finding what I need as well as making recommendations on items. Attached is a before and after photo of the materials that I purchased to fix my living room.

We needed an LG refrigerator to add to our kitchen of LG appliances we have purchased at this store.

Nice store. We needed some items to help our son fix a few things in the house he just purchased. Lady at checkout was very nice

...the large movable rack was in front of the product I needed. The worker was working...she saw me...but ingnored the fact I was in one of their Tesla scooters. Annoyed, she finally came down. "What do you need?" PATIENCE...because not all of us have the ablity to speak as INSTANTLY as she demanded. I got out of the cart and that annoyed her. HEY HOME DEPOT MANAGERS-->Pease Trust that I the customer wants to get out of the store as impatiently as this worker wanted me out of her way. Sure...this is an exception...but it's not what this store has built its reputaiton on...

...ya...I bothered a person blocking my access to the product. She was upset she had to come down from the stocking rack so I could see what I neefed

Close to my house I always shop heré first, they usually have everything I need.

I shop at several other Home Depot stores. This store was better organized, cleaner and easier to navigate. The single isle checkout format was easier to use. The single isle checkout at the Merchants Walk store is horrible - as is customer service in general. Surprisingly, the worst customer service is at the Vininings store across 285 from the corporate headquarters.

I shop at this Home Depot often, and the customer service has always been outstanding in all departments. If you ask a question, they will stay with it until they find the correct answer.

If you want true and real answers for ANY project, go to store 1763 in east Marietta.

The rental dept staff is very helpful when getting tools to do a specific task. Best rental location in this area.

Home Deot sets the standard for customer service. Employees are friendly, helpful, and respectful. I live half way between two stores, and while I love them both, Dandy Plains is my go to store.

The Sandy Plains store is not my favorite Home Depot (I often drive to Merchant's Walk for better stocked shelves, variety, knowledgeable staff, and they actually have a real Pro Desk that's staffed with people who can address Pro needs). I've gone to the "fake Pro Desk" multiple times asking for information on special order materials...no one could help, and they don't have any brochures or samples I can use to show my clients. However, when I'm in a rush, I go to this store. Why not eliminate or greatly reduce space for the AUTO SUPPLY area and create a real Pro Desk. They NEVER have coffee in the coffee dispensers in the mornings...on two separate trips I asked one of the many HD staff standing around the registers (who are more interested in talking between themselves than helping a customer) if they could make some coffee...their response, we don't know how. Ridiculus! Your mix of carts is wrong. You have an abundance of flat top and low carts, but it’s usually impossible to locate a plywood cart. I have extensive retail merchandising experience and see so much opportunity for improved leadership and especially improved store layout. I hope someone in your leadership reads this and works to improve this store, since it is so close to my office.

I'n a retail world where there are often too few or disinterested floor workers, Home Depot stands at the top. Friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help...Home Depot workers ate eager to engage. Thank you--->I wish you folks sold eggs and shoes and cars and clothing!!!

Stopped at the Sandy Planes Home Depot, not my usual store since I was out of town visiting relatives. The employees that I interacted with were outstanding, out of their way to help me, really friendly. The only downside is I bought a lot more than I had planned, but I am happy with the items purchased

The store is much more helpful now that it has a new manager. There is someone there to help navigate the isle.

There are so many other options as in towing, connectors, couplers, etc. You only offer what the buyer in that department is instructed to buy. No one knows anything about that field in your whole organization. The same is true for hand tools, hardware and air(pneumatic) tools

Sandy plain in Cobb county is best promotion and right prices long time I am shopping that particular store no complain

Home Depot is my favorite place to shop when I need appliances like washing machines. I have my washing machine for more than 10 years now and still running good. Thank you

Truett not only displayed outstanding patience, but his professionalism and willingness to help in providing above-and-beyond guidance on the tile cutting tool were really noteworthy.
