I have used Lowe's for as long as I can remember. I feel I missed out on so much. Home Depot has my loyalty now. They always have what I need. The selection is far better and their home and garden area is a wonderland of beautiful plants and trees.

I went through the garden center entrance and shopped for flowers first. I filled up my buggy completely. I was only there to buy a rug. The rugs were easy to find and easy to find prices. THe prices were too high though so I went to a specialty store.

This store is great! The associates are helpful, and knowledgeable. I have never had a problem finding someone to help me. The only issue I have with this store, and other Home Depot's, is clutter in the isles. I realize that they are trying to push certain items, but sometimes it's hard to get shopping carts around a display of duct tape, spray paint, or extension cords, or whatever, especially when it's busy. Having the sales displays at the front of the store is great, and that's where the items from the isles could be moved to reduce clutter.

The store was clean and inviting. Prices clearly marked--(This is a must for me). Parking lot tidy. No runaway carts and dollys everywhere. Shopping experience went very well and we got everything we came for in one trip. Thank you Ashley (check out) for a pleasant shopping visit.

My wife and I are new residents in the area and I am making frequent trips to the Home Depot for home improvement supplies, tools, etc. The staff has always been extremely helpful, regardless if I am shopping in the tool area, lighting, electrical supplies, wood products, etc. It is the friendliest, most congenial, and most helpful Big Box store I have ever frequented.

I was greeted warmly by several of the associates and was directed to the location of the items that wanted to purchase. The associate for flooring soon met me there. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This was a GREAT experience!

Store is great, only improvement would be better signage on the Isles.

I really like my Home Depot store. Today was the first time I've had to wait for checkout service. The material I bought prohibited the use of self checkout which I normally use unless I'm buying construction materials. The problem today was that it was the beginning of an extended run of great Spring weather and a weekend day. There was only one cashier available next to the loading area and no one available to help load that I could see. Needless to say, the line wrapped around that end of the store. The cashier was working her tail off as quickly as humanly possible and keeping that good attitude I've come to expect at Home Depot. She should have gotten hazardous duty pay for dealing with some of the grumps she was waiting on. I'm kind of an old f@rt with extra time so it didn't bother me much. It just seemed that a little foresight in planning would have expedited the situation. Wow! Good weather and half the town is bound to catch up on all those projects they've been putting off all winter. Love you anyway and you'll always be my go to store when it comes to building or fixing.

I love this store. It has improved greatly over the years. The customer service here is great. It is very easy for me to locate everything I need for my home repairs to solving maintenance issues at my job. Keep up the good work guys !!!

Waslooking for a new axe handle had great help from workers

The store was nice, just like any other Home Depot I've been to, it just seemed like there was no one around when i needed wire cut.

Great associate in lighting, needed a replacement globe for our ceiling fan for our condo. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, a delight to talk to!!

The gentleman in the garden center truly has a heart of service. He went way above and beyond what was required with every customer I saw him interact with. The cashier was truly very professional and polite in the face of somesome equipment issues and an impatient customer. Excellent experience.

The product I was there to purchase was prominently displayed with al of the information pertaining to the in-store "rebate" that was applicable to the product. Very helpful associates in locating what I needed and assisting in getting the proper credit upon checkout.
