My in store experience was great from the time I walked through the door. Everyone was very helpful an upbeat. Devin was very helpful in my process. What seemed like a hard task was made easy. The ladies at the checkout station was very welcoming as well.

Customer service was great !Product was a bit prices, but overall I enjoy shopping at Home Depot always.

No Associates were available nearby in the area I needed one ( Air Conditioners which are in the back of the store). After a busy day of shopping I really did not feel like going all the way back to the front to ask for help. The only air conditioner at the price I wanted to pay was in a ripped box that looked like it had been dropped. It should not have been out, or should have been with Clearance items. The A/C shelves were pretty bare. So I went home and ordered what I needed from Best Buy on line. The air conditioner was delivered in 2 days, free shipping. Much easier and more pleasant.

Store employees are always curtious and helpful. I prefer shopping a Home Depot verses your competitors mainly due to the above and beyond good customer service I experience on each and every visit. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

All over nice store, associates pleasant and helpful.

I love Home Depot. I enjoy looking at organizational materials and I also like to look at different flooring options and tiles. They have everything I need and the staff and associates are always friendly and willing to help me find what I need.

Quick & easy. Appreciated it. It was nice to have the cart that is designed for children. My 3 year old likes to ride in them.

Only recommend because it's better than the Lowes.

TWO GREAT ASSOCIATES. THE PERSON THAT HELP MEDID A WONDERFUL JOB

As a business owner, a home owner, and most recently the part time manager of a small building, I shop frequently at Home Depot. There are occasions when I find that the product I purchased is not what I needed and return it. There have been very rare occasions that the product I purchased was actually defective as was the case with my last return. In every instance over the years I have found the return process to be quick and painless. Inevitably I end up buying something else before I leave the store.

I have used Home Depot as the source for products and workmanship for installation of pro9ductrs in my home on several occasions. I have found the materials used and the workmanship to be the very best along with a very competitive overall cost. I have always been most satisfied with in-store shopping I have experienced on countless occasions. I have observed what appears to be a continuing effort by store personnel to concentrate on customer care. I have found employees to be usually well versed in location of items in store and with considerable expertize in their particular departments.

Tasha was so proactive! She saw me walking up to the self-checkout with my arms full, came quickly up to me, taking the items, scanning them for me and then bagging them for me. I was so impressed with that and in addition, she has a beautiful smile and great personality. Even though I found everything I was looking for, Tasha was the highlight of my trip!

I went in for copper tubing. I went down the aisle and couldn't find it. Asked an associate who helped me. Apparently I walked right past them! The sales associate was very educated on the product and gave me great pointers.

tool rental was great tory was so helpful she knew everything i asked her my house looks great ill be back to see tory and home depot again

Victoria (Tori) in tool rental was, hands down, the most helpful, professional, nicest associate in any Home Depot we've been in in the many many years and cities we've visited. She took a great deal of time with us in giving instruction and making us feel more comfortable with our project. Gene was also very informative and helpful with a gas weed whacker repair. Overall best location and best experience we've had in years!

After other Store Searches, With Poor or No Results... We have Decided to Come Here First ! Store Assistant was Readily Available, Pleasant, and Led us to Exactly What We Wanted ! ...Lowest Prices Around, Too ! ...Satisfied Customer :)

Home Defense AWESOME!!! this product does the trick every time.

This store has the best layout of all the stores in the Savannah area. The other Home Depots are confusing. This store's layout is much more intuitive. You can get in, get what you want, and get out quickly and efficiently. Also the store Manager, Bobby Pounder, is very easy to talk to and helps to resolve issues quickly. GREAT STORE!!!!

George, in the Pro shop was amazing! I went in not knowing a thing about sheds, and George was so patient as he explained the different types of sheds. Working with my budget and what I was looking for he worked with me until I found the one that matched what I wanted. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and an all-around great associate. He made sure all of my questions were answered and I was happy with my decision before letting me purchase anything. You gotta love an honest salesperson. If you ever have a question or need some tips, go see George!!! He's the best!

The cashiers and associates assistance in having materials loaded is a huge pleasant experience.

another great HomeDepot location! Usually go to the other location near my house, but wanted to check next door's Lowe's. Needless to say - my purchase was still at HomeDepot

We actually look forward to shopping at Home Depot regardless of whether it's something we need or forgot to get, or just to look. An employee who knows us from shopping there helped me on this day. He asked if I needed help and on this day I really did. His name is Marty. He greeted me with a smile, took me directly to the cement mix, retrieved the bags for me after determining how many bags I needed. He then accompanied me through checkout and to my vehicle where he loaded them for me. We love the great employees we have become familiar with and always feel like we are among friends in all departments at this Home Depot.

This is not the nearest Home Depot to me by a long shot, but I often choose it anyway because it is so well stocked and intuitively laid out. I'm writing this review today mainly because on my latest visit here, I managed to lose a coupon in the store. Christopher rang me up, and then I discovered that I had lost my coupon. He was unable to immediately help me so I asked him to suspend the sale while I contacted Home Depot Credit Card Services, the entity who issued me the coupon. . . While on the phone getting nowhere, Christopher came up and informed me that he could solve the problem. I cannot thank him enough. Had I not been able to get the discount, I would have reduced my order down to only my most immediate project instead of the three I was planning.

Well, we tried Walmart and Lowe's...Few or No choices...Prices Too High...Knew we Probably Would Do Better At Home Depot, and We Did ! ...Four Choices of Product we wanted, best prices... Customer Associate Readily Available, and went Right to What We Needed...Also had a Very Pleasant Attitude... Thank You :)

The store was clean. the products are well organized. the people working are friendly.

I was very happy with the associate who helped me find what I needed, as well as other associates I encountered in the store, from the greeter, to the electrical and the lawn and garden associates. I will and have always preferred Home Depot to Lowes, have always had a much better experience and excellent customer service at Home Depot! Keep up the good work!
