Always thought the store was clean and efficient. Sales associate in elec. supply was very helpful and looked for more stock when I took the last off the shelf. Wish I could recall her name but a great help.

People were very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable about the products.

Michael O. was the third employee we experienced at our visit to the Home Depot on Sawmill Road yesterday (6/26/15),the first two were busy talking to each other as they just walked by us, not Michael O. As my daughter and I walked by him, Michael O. warmly greeted us with a great smile! We were not shopping at our local Home Depot. We located the mower, loaded it onto a cart and headed to the register area. We saw Michael O. and went straight to him for help. He immediately assisted us and complemented us on finding a good deal since we were able to use the price comparison plus 10% Home Depot policy. He called for someone to help us load the 80 pound box into our van. We headed to the outdoor canopy area. After waiting a few minutes I went to the doorway to throw some trash away, Michael asked if we had received help - which we hadn't. He spoke to his manager by the door and stepped out to help us himself. We were very fortunate Michael O. was working yesterday.

I really enjoy visiting this location of Home Depot because the service is superb. Seems to be an employee on every aisle. Really friendly and makes shopping a pleasure.

The store clerk gave clear directions. I was pleasantly surprised that the customer service was so prompt. At that other store you have to go hunt for a clerk.

The associate who helped me was knowledgeable about the product and solving the specific problems I was trying to deal with. Everything he told me was backed up with information also provided by the manufacturer and technical consumer experts. I was given good information that was easy to verify.

I went in to purchase new carpet. The entire process took less than 20 minutes. Perfect.

It took a little while for someone to come to paint from another part of the aisle, however it gave me more time to shop--not good for the wallet. I got what I needed, and the store associate was very nice not only to me but to an older couple trying to decide what to do with their deck. She was very patient.

At the Return Counter this day, the associate, first initial K, assisted me in item returns and other purchases. I noticed there to be a constant line, not surprising this time of year, even while I was at the counter. She retrieved data online that I didn't have, processed a credit, and a subsequent purchase. All in a short period of time. With a smile, humor, and efficiency, showing no pressure under fire. She is an exceptional asset to the store and this company. Thank you.

I purchased a refrigerator due the excellent help of two associates over two days. They were both very helpful. The first day the associate helped my me contact a company to help me answer some specific questions. This information helped me to make the purchase. When I returned the next day the second associate helped me use the kiosk to make the purchase. My refrigerator has been delivered and installed. I am very happy with your service.

Every Home Depot we visit the associates are always friendly and extremely helpful. We are in the process of building a new home and we have had to visit 4 different Home Depots and the experience was pleasant across all of them! Thank you for your advise and care!

We were offered grilled hot dogs and Popsicles on our way in and once inside the store we were greeted with a hello/smile from every employee. Found everything I needed and prices were comparable and I felt no pressure to buy and wasn't coddled because I was a female like I feel at other home repair stores.

The help I recieved in the tool dept. Was great! The associate was very helpful and knowledgable on the tools I was looking to purchase.

The store was very clean and was very happy with the assistance I got from the associates.

Ordered wood countertops. Associate was assisting another customer so another associate said he doesn't typically handle countertops but would get me started with the process. This was very much appreciated. Mark was very helpful in ordering my countertops and has kept me posted on details. I have had excellent help at Home Depot and this is why I typically choose to shop here.
