To start a renovation project can be intimidating, however, Mary D took her time and eased my concerns and answered all my questions.

I THINK THIS LOCATION AND THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY HELPFUL IN DETERMINING WHICH ITEM WAS BEST SUITABLE FOR ME TO BUY.. THEY COMPARED ITEMS TO THE BEST FITTING IN MY KITCHEN.. THEY ALSO HELPED MEASURING OTHER ITEMS THAT WOULD POSSIBLY BE GREAT FOR FUTURE PURCHASES.. THEY WENT THRU EVERY DEPARTMENT I WAS INTERESTED IN AND DID NOT LEAVE ME UNTIL I WAS FULLY SASTIFIED..

Always friendly and helpful staff! Explain everything in terms you can understand! I’m not a service person and feel good after leaving! They don’t try to sell you something you don’t need! We got new appliances a few years ago. When they were delivered we found out that the microwave could not be installed and they took it back immediately! I appreciate the honesty of your staff!

Great store! I just got a great deal on a stove that I had been looking for. I also come here for plants and shrubs. I love their garden department. Great layout and helpful employees.

Clean store. Plenty of room to shop. The appliance center could be updated a little but after looking everywhere at appliances I ended up purchasing the LG package. Of course, there were snags and I couldn't find the items in the package. Chuck P in that department is knowledgeable and was able to fix up the package where I was satisfied. He was patient and answered all our questions, never acting in a rush. Never pressured us either. I wish there were more employees like him. Im sure he is working harder than what he gets paid to do. He even made sure others were helped in that department instead of allowing them to walk away, no sales or information given. All in all A+ service . Paula G was also a help in getting me back to the store next day to purchase. Thank you guys at Home Depot.
