I found an associate to help me and he answered all my questions.

Linda at check out was so sweet. I'm in this store several times a month and everyone is great. The only negative I'll say the man in appliances told me that he knows nothing at all about vacuum cleaners and did not offer to get me help. He was eating a snack as he talked to me. A sale was lost and I bought a vacuum at Costco instead. Other than this, I'm happy with store!

I had come in on my lunch break to purchase some odd, random things for a Christmas project I am working on and was greeted enthusiastically and had no difficulties being able to locate where all the items were with the help of the store associate (I cannot recall his name at the moment). Super friendly service and didn't make me feel like I shouldn't be in there because I'm a woman. Charlotte the cashier was amazing too! When I stated that I was still missing a few things, she went out of her way to try and find another store that could help assist. I thought that was amazing! I will definitely be returning to this Home Depot and this one alone!

Employees were helpful, pleasant and accommodating.

Although I live less than 1 mile from this store, I rarely come here because my work usually takes me to other parts of the Phoenix metropolitan area. But today's job was close to home so it was appropriate that I visit #0457. It's a very good store with helpful associates and is very, very clean. Also it's usually not very crowded so it's even easier to get the assistance you need when you need it.

I had gone to Lowes and they didn't even carry the lumber I needed and I received no help, went to this home depot and not only did they have what I needed , this store was friendly and had great help loading sheet goods into my truck

The cashier was outgoing, cheerful and helpful in offering advice

Every time I visit the Garden Department I find vigorous, healthy plants and just what I need. Even though it is a little early for chrysanthemums, I needed them for a special event, and there they were...in a perfect variety of colors. Also pool supplies were right there too. Again, just what I needed! Home Depot is one stop shopping with helpful, knowledgeable staff.

Lumber cutter helped my patio roof project go very well. I needed help understanding my patio re-roofing project a little better. My patio roof blew over on to my house and I discovered rotten wood I hand to replace in addition to fixing it. I had never done this before.

I have been going to this store for some time and always have had a good experience there. I also have used the contractors available through Home Depot's selection process and have always been satisfied with there work.

This is my normal go-to Home Depot store but I've noticed lately a lack of sales associates to offer help when needed.

I can always count on great employees at this particular location.

The store was very welcoming when I arrived. It was easy to locate all of the items i was in need of. the associates were very friendly an willing to help.Checkout was a speedy process and my experience was very rewarding.

Always friendly smiles and helpful staff to help me with whatever project I want to tackle, And over the years there have been many. Right now I am doing a bathroom remodel ,and it's all at The Home Depot.I Have Purchased sheds online ,and built the foundation for the shed and everything from A to Z to complete the project.Even when I don't need assistance with a project Charlotte is always there to welcome me back with a warm smile.

Charlotte at the returns desk was very helpful and courteous. Even though it was not her normal position she had no problem stepping right in and helped me out

The staff has been very helpful and friendly since 2007, when I began using this store. 98% of the times I visit this store I walk out satisfied with all aspects of the visit.

I almost always find exactly what I need, and often things I don't need but want, at this massive store 3 or 4 miles from my home. It's well organized but when I need help, it's readily available. In fact, store employees often come up to me unsolicited and ask if I need help. They're always knowledgeable and give good advice.

I was instantly greeted by sales associate KEN DUNCAN who was willing to provided friendly extra help in repairing my old lamp which had a stuck bulb. He removed the old bulb with special tools and actually replaced it for me with a new specialty bulb. He then plugged it in and tested it on the spot for me. I merely had to carry it home. Job finished.

I visit my Home Depot at least 3 times per week. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable, thank goodness because I am not! I always leave happy and look forward to my next visit.

My frustrations come from lack of knowledge. When I can tell your employee what projects I want to accomplish and they can show me items to make it work, then I will buy from HD. Chris from Pro showed me a couple of products he thought might help me - if not now, then later- as I have a list of projects. Some, it is too hot to do right now, so they are in the planning stages. Some I have to wait because I have too many others going on. I still ended up buying a few more products than I originally was planning to because I know sooner or later I will need them. He helped tremendously! I know when I go into your store, I will go straight to Chris for help. Then I know I will find what I want and accomplish products with less frustration. As a woman, I have to plan more because I don't have male strength. Though I am married, I LIKE doing projects independently. Plus, because of job scarcity in my field, and children, we chose to be a one income family. It means money is tighter than we want. Doing projects on our own is important but we still want quality. Chris is helping make that possible. The more your employees do this, the more we will purchase our project products from you. Thanks!

This store, unlike a similar blue themed store, had the parts I needed. I ended up with an extra item I didn't need and the return was easy and fast.

Ronnie Williams was very helpful in selecting a washer and dryer unit for our new home. Sale was great, too!
