I REALLY LIKED THE SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE THAT THE EMPLOYEE LISA KNEW. SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL ..PRIOR TO LISA I HAD TO DEAL WITH THE MANAGER AN OLDER MAN AND I TRULY WAS DISAPPOINTED ON HIS SERVICE , VERY COLD AND ALSO LOOKED FRUSTRATED AND TIRED..I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH HIS SERVICE..I'M GLAD I WAITED FOR LISA'S HELP..MUCH BETTER...THE MANAGER IS IN MY OPINION TO TIRED FOR THAT POSITION ON SATURDAYS. .

Needed help in paint department and young lady helped. She was busy and I told her I know she was busy and won’t take up too much of her time. She responded with “not to worry that I came first and she will help me until I find everything I needed”. Thank you for that, great experience, wish I got her name, but she was girl working paint department at your store at 5pm on 01/06/19. She is a great employee. Thank you

The customer service ladies, and the gentleman that loaded my purchases on each of my visits were helpful, professional, personable, and it went a long way when I kept having to wait.

the product we purchased was flooring for our kitchen. that went smoothly. but as to the delivery date, time and information, Home Depot failed. we were charged for moving furniture when my wife and I moved it . this installation took place (finally) yesterday. today I went to the front desk to return an item which was not needed for installation and the person had hard time refunding amt ($10) . I asked for a manager when told that we would not be refunded the amt charged for moving furniture. mgr never appeared. I told the front desk that I was very upset and wanted the manager but he never appeared and the front desk could not care about it. the installation of the flooring was WONDERFUL and expertly done. I have nothing but praise for the installation of the floor. it is the front desk and paper work at Home Depot that makes me never to enter the store again.

This is the store for the working professionals. If your in a pinch and need some professional guidance, ask for Jaime at the pro desk. If she can't find it, you do not need it.

appears home depot does not offer service member discounts to lumber purchases folks may shop competitors since they do across the entire store.

Though the amount of pvc pipe I needed was not in stock, I understood that there are many needs for pvc and those types of products move quickly. This had nothing to do with the overall appearance of the store or the professionalism by the employees. The store looked great and the employees were professional and courteous.

Charlie was very helpful and had a great attitude.

Store was as orderly as expected for a hardware store. All employees had a Pleasant aura and mannerism. Items were easy to find. Store was very clean and bright.but, why do so many inquiries about a persons email address? It was already given at start of survey.this is why many people don’t want to do this. “ it is so redundant”

Stores inventory in store and online is always stocked with the supplies I need! Employees are always helpful when help is needed!!

Definatly a great store to shop for all home items and. have a great garden dept.

We felt welcomed and not an imposition by clerks and service personnel. The store was neat and in stock on the items we were shopping for. We could find clerks to answer questions. Overall a great experience.

Wow all the employees at this location were great! They were knowledgeable and friendly and went out of their way to offer advice . Go see Vere at the service desk to apply for a credit account, she did a great job for us. Mariono was outstanding, making sure we had a great experience

found what I was looking for in short order allowing me to have the time to do more looking around and made extra purchases.

The salesperson in appliances was very helpful. She found a washing machine in stock like the one we wanted. Checked us out and made sure it got loaded for us. Very helpful and professional!
