Employee Patty remembers me by name. Offers the absolute best customer service imaginable. Friendly courteous I cant say enough. The manager Elena always seems to be busy helping every employee in the store and greets everyone. Makes people want to shop there. I cant say enough.

We needed a new washing machine, and I was dreading it! We were greeted by a very friendly Christos who showed us machines that were just right sized for our needs, explained the plusses and minuses, and showed us some things to avoid. We have our washing machine after a no-pressure and friendly experience.

I was buying a Weber grill and it had a price on the tag. I got to the register and the department supervisor said it’s the wrong price on the tag and it’s $100 more.

The store is conveniently located, easy to get in and out of and they have a very friendly, helpful staff.

I find the men and woman always willing to help. I am always asked if I need help and have been politely given directions to anything I need from plumbing to the restrooms!

I asked a homedepot associate where I could find a vanity drain kit, he said at the end of this aisle, take a left and it will be on the left side of the next aisle, and there it was, exactly what I needed. Your people know their stuff, most appreciated.

I special ordered a window from this store and it was damaged when I arrived to pick it up. I refused delivery and asked for a new window. One week later I arrived to pick up the 2nd window and it was damaged again! I refused it, asked for a new window, and asked to speak with a manager. I was told that no manager was available. I asked what could be done to ensure that my 3rd window was not damaged and was told that they'd nothing they could do. They placed blame on the shipper and the window manufacturer. I asked why they even bothered calling me to pick it up if it was damaged and they could not answer this question. When I arrived another week later to pick up the 3rd window it was also damaged (part of the nailing flame was broken and missing, and the screen was ripped). I took the window because I was sick of waiting and needed to put my home back together. I will never order window or doors through home depot again.
