This store is always clean and the associates are always helpful and friendly. Products are easy to find.

Desired items are usually available and easy to locate.

Many employees do not know anything about their department. Shelves are sometimes bare and it can take over a month for them to stock the missing item, even after an employee has been notified. An older man in the paint department made inappropriate remarks to my girlfriend calling her "buddy" and making a fool of himself. Some of the older employees are crabby, but probably because they have to take up the slack from newer employees who do not know their jobs.

I returned a refrigerator to HOME DEPOT because, in my opinion, it was an inferior product. They were going to charge me a 15% restocking fee but in the end they did not! HOME DEPOT refunded the FULL purchase price and I was pleased. I work hard for my money so I like to make every dollar count and don't want to feel like I am just throwing it away. Lesson learned: research big ticket items prior to purchase.

The store items were well organized. Lighting was good. Checkout was quick and easy.

The service was excellent beginning with the greeter at the store and continuing with every associate I worked with to expeditiously find my particular items.

Clean, friendly, great help, and I didn't have to stand in line! When I couldn't find what I was looking for I was asked very kindly by a store customer service person (Carolyn and Andrew S) if they could help me and I ended up with just what I needed and wanted!!

If you need 12" paint roller covers, this is the ONLY hardware store in town that carries them.

Store was busy restocking many items yet employees very helpful and willing to help me find items on my list and answer my questions.

This location had an excellent assortment of plants. Everything in a general area so that I didn't have to go all over the store to find what I was looking for

Please stop allowing customers pruchasing items through the returns desk, it makes the returns unbearably long and and makes the returns desk employee stressed, please direct all purchases to all the wonderful open registers just a few feet away like every other store!

Fun to just walk around and survey the different products. Some of the associates were extremely slow in responding to someone walking up and down the isles! Was in the store 10 minutes before being greeted and asked if help was needed, Then it was another 10 minutes before anyone else asked!!! When I did need to ask a question I had to search halfway across the store to find someone, they had to call someone else to where I was going to be, it took another 7 minutes for the person to show up, When the person arrived they had no idea what I was talking about, I ended up using 6 different products to make what I needed! The whole scenario ended with me walking out of the store after spending 5 times the amount of time needed to get a product and spending 6 times the amount of money because of part availability! Don't get me wrong most of the time I can go in get what I need and be out within a few minutes and I like the store.

People are friendly and always very helpful the store is clean and plenty of stock on hand.

The Sequim Home Depot is fantastic. The employees have decades of experience in the departments they work in. This means I am not just buying products, I am getting free/spot-on consulting. This has saved me hours of my time by doing a project correctly the first time. It has saved me thousands of dollars as well. That means I am able to do some nice touches that I wanted but were on the bottom of the wish list. Thank you Home Depot.

Don't know if the store was clean or not - I placed a call. David at the ProXtra desk was very helpful. He signed me up for the ProXtra program and I paid for the items with a Credit Card.

The store was clean, but there were no people working in the garden section. I had to seek out a person to ask if my selection would be appropriate for my new plants.

As I mentioned earlier, vegetable plant area was in dire need of watering and many of the plants looked terrible from lack of water.

I have been shopping at this store for almost 5 years now. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. I have been impressed with the consistent cleanliness of the store, too.

The store is more than sufficient and many of the staff are generally knowledgeable, with a few exceptional ones. But if I would be permitted to offer some constructive criticism without lowering my overall rating of this store I would say that some of the associates are a bit over zealous about returning products to shelves from project building carts that "may" look abandoned, but in fact are not.

I needed to buy 800 square feet of engineered flooring, underlayment, trim and tools. After waiting a little for one of the associates to get free he helped me put together a pallet with everything I needed, all wrapped up and ready to load. Then he helped me though checkout and loaded the whole pallet into the back of the truck. The same very helpful individual from start to finish. Now that is customer support!

We were pleasantly surprised when visiting the Sequim Home Depot. Unlike other Home Depot stores, this store had knowledgeable and helpful staff. We have come to expect poor service form staff at Home Depot, but this is a rare exception. This store manager should be training other store's staff.

The store is clean and building materials are easy to find, but hardware is a different matter. Computers and checkout folks could use some speeding up!

The aisles are full of store merchandise on hand carts, making it very difficult to get around and to find our own carts. More help is needed.

Only game in town (or a few towns) and they know it. Called to verify if SOD was in stock, was told it had just arrived. Drove 45mins only to discover it must have been there for a week...dead & still being sold to customers. Shop local & skip this store

PLEASE BRING BACK DISCOUNT COUNTER IN BACK OF GARDEN SECTION.

The store is always clean and organized. I am always impressed that the sales associates know exactly what isle an item is located on. I also appreciate that the cashiers always ask if I wish a military discount. Many of them say, "thank you for your service". That always warms my heart and makes me feel connected with your associates, young and not so young. I am 91.

Great garden center with very helpful staff and beautiful variety for plantings.

I greatly appreciate how nice, helpful, and friendly the staff consistently is.
