Ordered entire kitchen cabinets, in store pick up and them home to realize 3 where damaged. Trying to get help is a joke in kitchen design and flooring. I ordered flooring online, seemed to be easier that getting help from this store. Had the wife pick it up. They loaded the pallet on the very very back. To lazy to get off the forklift and take the back gate off so the load could be pushed forward and properly balanced closer to the tongue. The trailer fishtailed and she almost got into a wreck on the highway. Apparently everyone braked and she swerved severely left to right. Luckily she made it over to the shoulder. They could have killed her or someone else! This is not the store you want to buy from!

Home Depot is our home away from home. Go there at least 4 times a week.

From the minute you walk through the door everyone is very friendly, helpful, I'm able to get in and get out with what I'm looking. Plus they always ask if there is anything else I might be looking for or need help with then I seem to remember other items I need before leaving the store. The store is alway clean and orderly, with staff that seem to enjoy working there and with the customers.

Very helpful staff and great working environment. Great product selection at good prices. Continues to be my store of choice.

My review is directed towards the store associates. I have been shopping at the Sequim store from the opening. What tremendous improvement in the quality of the store associates over the years. You guys are doing a great job. Thank you. Special thinks to Keith in the rental area. I came in to special order some formica unfortunately there was no one available to help me. I was told to "take a business card and call for an appointment". Seriously?! I would like to support my local store but they have to earn my business or at least pretend that they want it. I ordered my formica from an online business without any frustration.

A sales associate named Joel from forks helped me get my things to my car and he was awesome you should give him a raise

I currently live in California & have a 'rental/trying to sell' house in Washington State.. It needs to have the carpet redone. I contacted the Sequim store & spoke to Kean & then went to the Turlock Home Depot to make sure I was making the right selection. Both Pat Flores in Turlock & Kean in Sequim could not have been more helpful...helping with the choice I was making & explaining the charges etc. A very pleasant shopping experience.

I tried to have a measurement scheduled for the installation of a storm door and after 2 1/2 weeks of getting my order cancelled; calling and being told the salesman who had helped me was tied up and would call me back and then being told later that same day that he wasn't working that day; then the next day being told he wasn't working and then he answered the phone when I was transferred to his area; getting a call from someone who wanted to schedule a measurement for a kitchen remodel when what I wanted was a door measurement; then the store manager refusing to call me to discuss my issues, it became obvious that the store is most poorly managed Home Depot I have ever dealt with. I would gladly drive 30 miles out of my to go to another store rather than dealing with the Home Depot in Sequim.

We wanted a BBQ and Joel was great help. He was high energy and went out of his way to make sure all of our questions were answered. Took us to the kiosk to read reviews about the BBQ. After we purchased it he helped me load it and made sure it was tied down properly. His lack of knowledge about the BBQs didn't slow him down, what he didn't know he found our for us. Young and energetic. My wife and I both were impressed.

Two of your employees have given us exceptional advice. In gardening Doug Goldie has been extremely helpful in helping me select potting soil. He really knows the subject and is very willing to share his knowledge if a person is interested. In plumbing Lisa is a real asset. I've consulted her several times. She really knows plumbing and she's very nice.

we are greeted at the door,we got assistance if we couldnt find an item and when we needed information on anything they helped out on figuring out our project,the staff is polite and courteous too,and the cashier was happy smiled and asked if we found everything we needed.

Again, when shopping at Sequim Home Depot, associate help was lacking. I use a wheel chair so I needed one on one help with the associate. I showed her the box I needed, which contained the Weber propane grill. What she got down for me and then later was my checkout associate was the Weber electric grill. I didn't check the box to make certain it was the correct box, because I pointed to the Weber propane grill and she confirmed and said this one. I said yes. It was on sale. We have to take the Weber electric grill back and get the correct one. I want the sale price. then come to find out, the portable cart for the Weber's was also on sale and I didn't get the sale price.

Go to store for our hardware needs. Great selection. Helpful associates. Good prices.

Cashier Suzanne at the Sequim Home Depot was extremely friendly and helpful.

The store is very orginized and clean. The Cashier was very helpful fast, and nice he directed me to the gentleman that helped me to my car. The service desk was veruy helpful when I had a question.

Good location, friendly staff, fair prices. They have a no-hassle return policy which is nice. If I were to add anything else it would be a shot at winning the gift card. I am getting burned out from completing all the customer surveys.

This store is exceptionally well stocked and has helpful, knowledgeable associates and enough of them to help you. I've been in other HD stores where you can't even find an associate to help you. Thank you Sequim!

This store has some really great people work ing there. Very friendly and helpful. As I get older I rely on the associates more and they come through every time.
