I love Home Depot stores in general and given a choice, I'd live next door to one. Since that's not likely, I'll have to be content to make the long drive to shop there. We've shopped HD stores in Casper, WY and Billings, MT, but the store in Sheridan, WY is my favorite. It's 130 miles from where we live but it's worth the drive to shop there. The store is clean, personnel are super helpful and know their products. I tell everyone what a nice store it is.

I like being able to use self check out counters when I am purchasing just a few items.

Homedepot has a good selection to choose from when shopping!!!

The folks at this store are very helpful and actually come up to you and try to help. It can be intimidating in these big warehouse stores but not this one. I got help making a special order online, finding stuff in the store, loading my lumber on the cart, at checkout, and loading my trailer. The best Home Depot experience I have had after many years of shopping various stores. The 2x4's were straight and true as well.. a rarity.

This store is a great place to shop! We have been shopping at Home Depot for several years because the associates go out of their way to help us find the products we are looking for. Product availability is excellent plus if its not in stock they will order for us and it arrives in just a few days for pickup. The assistance we receive at the loading area is extraordinary. Thank you Home Depot for being and staying in Sheridan, Wyoming

As a new homeowner of an older home that needed a lot of TLC, I have made so many trips to the Home Depot. Every single time, I have been treated with respect. I have gone into the store with ideas of what I want and all the employees have been knowledgeable and, many times, have saved me money by suggesting other methods and products.

THE STORE AND THE ASSOCIATES ARE ALWAYS GREAT AND USUALY HAVE WHAT I NEED

I asked for help to find the product and got received help very quickly. The associate was vey knowledgeable and helpful. Check out was quick and I got help to load my item.

At the check out we were having difficulties with a gift card. The cashier was patient and took about fifteen minutes of time she didn't have to. She could of told us to figure it out on our own, but she stuck with us until it worked. Very friendly.

Management could care less about customers complaints of issues with the store.

Great shopping trip due to the items being available and the great store associate assistance. It was helpful to have the assistance as I was in a hurry to get items needed immediately.

sales people were savvy as to where to find items in the store. also, we had materials to load in our truck and were assisted immediately!

I like home Depot sheridan wy. Great people...Great service.

At 8:15AM the store is not fully up to doing business. Needed a new desk lamp but those on display couldn't be judged as to their brightness and coverage because the power to them wasn't on. When queried the Associate said they could turn the power on, had to be done remotely from the Atlanta office "sometime after 9AM". Needing to be in a meeting at that time I had to get a lamp at a different store.

Store clean, products easy to find, and loved the fact they are "dog friendly". Staff were very helpful :-)

Associates were awesome at helping locate products

I've shopped at the Casper Wyoming store a lot and liked it. I found the selection in the Sheridan store is lacking in many products, but my biggest issue... I bought pre-mixed grout and it was extremely dry. I had to go ahead and use it because it was late evening and I had to finish the re-tiling project before we had company the following day. some of the tiles are already loose because the grout cracked.

Someone always ask if I need help its always fun to shop

Whenever I go to Home Depot, the staff is always quick to help! They are thoughtful & friendly, help me find what I need, & have helped me find products that were more spot-on as to what I needed than what I was originally shopping for! (By the way... "helpfulness" is not spelled correctly.)

We had multiple employees asking us if we needed assistance during our shopping today. The checkout was easy, fast and friendly. Ryan Olson offered to help us load our purchases into our vehicle. He was very friendly and helpful. It was hot, and we appreciated the help! Thanks Home Depot for providing excellent goods and services.
