I was replacing some rusted hardware on some gym equipment and had a large amount of different size bolt, washers, lock washers and nuts to purchase. My Home Depot had all the sizes needed and the bins were well stocked!

Although I was returning a number of small hardware items, the cashier was very patient and helpful. The ability to scan the receipt and the items being returned makes it easy and fast as well.

This store was so easy to shop in. Everything was neat and clean and easy to find. Our associate, Rich Rayniak, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions to make sure we purchased exactly what we were looking for. He was very friendly and treated us kindly. Will definitely shop here again and again. Thanks!!

Excellent staff, knowledgeable, personable and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. Jerry and Max at the Sherwood Oregon store were great and told us about things we had no idea about when buying a frige for the garage

I recently bought a new home and I love the convenience of this store and having everything I need for my new place. I plan on remodeling my kitchen and love to get ideas from the store displays.

Went in to look at a Range my wife saw on-line. The Associate showed me the Ranges on the floor and then took the time to go on-line and find the one my wife mentioned. We compared similar Ranges which helped make sense of the choices. The Associate stayed with me throughout even though I came in only to look. When he asked if there was anything else he could help me with I said "yea I'll buy it." The Associate's help and knowledge made the sale. I never felt pressured even though the appliance area was busy with other customers which he was also able to assist while staying with me. Awesome job!

I am the Corporate Buyer for a local Manufacturing plant and Home Depot is where I go for anything that I need quickly. It is convienient and nice to shop at. In addition to work, I also purchased 2 acres in Hubbard and moved my elderly parents onto the property so we had and still have a ton of projects. If we get by a weekend without heading to Home Depot, something is wrong. I have told my husband and father that we could use the Home Depot receipts to start the bonfires for the summer. My father is a disabled Veteran of WWII and he not only gets the help he needs when he is there he also gets his military discount which just pleases him to no end. Both the Sherwood store and the Wilsonville store are our frequent stops. Associates are great and knowledgable. Couldn't ask for better selection and customer service. Keep up the great job.

I experienced some of the best customer service I have ever received anywhere. I went to purchase a couple of large clamps. Larry help me review the features and benefits of the different models in the tool area. I selected what I wanted and was checking out. Larry sought me out at the register and had in his hand a package of clamps that held what I had purchased but was $10 less and included two other clamps that I did not think I could afford when I was looking at the selection. Wow o wow, that is great customer service. I returned what I had purchased with Holly's help and purchased the lower priced package of 4 clamps. Thank you Larry and Holly for giving me some of the best customer service I have ever received!

Laura and Rich were so helpful and managed to solve our problem in a few minutes. They took time to show us how to fix the problem and did it with such a great attitude and smiling faces. It is always a joy to visit Home Depot for all our home improvement needs.

They welcome all shoppers and ask if we need help as we enter the store. Great customer service because of the knowledge of all the products and willing to find someone with more knowledge if they are not sure of the request. Very professional

6pm trip to Home Depot. While there were a number of sales personnel in the store, they seem to congregate at the service desks and cashiers registers. This seems to be the norm at this time of day for Home Depot. The bin was empty of the particular product I came in to purchase (heat vent register deflectors), but I saw a box of same at arms length on an upper shelf. I opened the carton and obtained my item(s) then placed the fresh carton in the product spot, basically restocking the item, which must be a fairly good seller considering the start of the winter season. Suggestion: It may be a good idea to determine what products sell fast and restock these on a shorter interval.

Associates are welcoming and knowledgeable on products. Store is well stocked and clean.

Great price great value for the contractor who Have client

Every time I go to the store I always have an easy shopping experience. I seldom need to ask an associate where something is because of the way the store is laid out; there are always many signs up to guide everyone where things are. When I have been in need of help I have always found everyone willing to help and knowledgeable about the department they work in. If an associate did not know something about the area or the products they are quick to go find someone to help. I have never had a bad experience at Home Depot Sherwood. Keep up the great work.

My 4th. encounter with Sam F. in millworks and she is simply the best employee I have ever had help me. She took time to make sure I was getting just what I needed, and her friendly attitude is very pleasant. Sam made sure I had help loading my windows, and took the time to pet my dog as well. A truly good experience.

My Sherwood sales associate was Erick M. He guided me through the best customer service experience I have had in a ‘big-box’ store in years. Erick was quick, knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional. From his genuine greeting through his close with reminder to grab fasteners, Erick kept excellent eye-contact, project empathy, and suggested thoughtful tips on my project. Next time I have a ‘weekend’ home improvement project and need materials, I will look for Erick at Home Depot!
