Tool Rental Department is great. Made sure I had the correct tool for the job.

I purchased a Washer and Dryer and scheduled delivery through Home Depot. The contracted Delivery Company failed to complete the delivery. When I called Home Depot to complain about the service, I was connected with the store manager who first, graciously diffused me, and second, offered a plan to remedy the problem. Thank you Kyna for the great customer service.

Store is great but landscaping stones are too far spread out.

Steve in gardening was so helpful and knew so much about what he was doing and answered all of our questions. Keep up the great service!!!

I purchased a paint sprayer and received help from Dave he answered all of my questions and a few tips on my new purchase. I always trust his advice he has always given me expert advice.

I recently purchased flooring at Home depot in Silverdale , Wa. The associate was very knowledgeable & helpful with the purchase. What I found extremely impressive however, was his attention to customer service that came 3 days later when I called to tell him that I had just been notified that my order would be delivered a week later than promised due to an " internal Delivery Dept" snafu between local Home Depot stores. He then (with his mgr ok) used his personal truck to go pick up a pallet of flooring from another Home Depot and deliver it to my house 25 mi away in order to fulfill the original Home Depot delivery date promise to support my construction schedule. Now that is customer service at its finest and an excellent example of the priority Home Depot puts on it. Thank you again.

My wife and I came in here on a whim because we saw it while driving and remembered we needed a few products for the bathroom. I will say that at first we could not find what we needed because when you are in the front of the store there are no signs for what you can find in the back. Other than that it was fun looking around, everything was clean and well organized and there were associates everywhere and always available which was really nice because sometimes ( actually most times) its better to talk to a person then to look information up on your phone.

Always appreciate the help provided at the Silverdale Home Depot.

Prices on plants very reasonable along with the quality looked like they were very cared for. Asked associate which isle the filters were for our air filter at home she had to look up on her phone where they were at must of been a newer employee but she pointed us to the right direction.

Good product knowledge... Needed greatness regarding poly-hose fountain pumps integration and other waterfall related challenge s.

PURCHASED 21 BAGS OF MULCH FOR A WEEKEND PROJECT. I WAS PLEASED WHEN ASSOCIATES TEAMED UP TO LOAD MY TRUCK, & I WAS ON MY WAY.

Leslie in Garden was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and helpful with all my question. Very eager to make her customer happy. Isles were small and hard to get by with a cart after loading my pressure washer(thanks to Leslie for her outstanding customer service). Cashier would not honore my military discount. But after calling the store manager via my cell phone outside the store, told me to come back and she would honor the 10 % discount. That's the way to remedy the a negative to a positive. I will be making your store one of my favorites from this day on!

Fewer and fewer employees trying to help the same number of customers results in poor customer service. It's that simple. When a person rents a piece of equipment for a specific project, it is a reasonable expectation that a knowledgeable Home Depot employee will review with you how the equipment is to be safely operated and that all related accessories go out the door with the rented piece of equipment. Getting home and discovering you only received half the equipment you rented is frustrating enough. Trying to call the store and no one is available to answer the phone adds to the frustration. Knowing that this situation will likely continue unabated and may likely grow even worse is depressing. Good customer service should not be so elusive !

On the bathroom wall, the shade of paint was different from the example color chip. Ken took the remaining 3/4 gallon, made an add of alternate pigment to match an alternate chip, and made the remaining paint come out so close my wife was extremely happy - no cost for the mod! Whew!

Even though I was unable to get someone to help me in the department in which I needed help in the Cashier (Loara) went above and beyond in helping me in the best of her ability. That alone made up for the lack of assistance that was made available for me.

The Manager James is always helpful and happy. The team seems to have everything in stock. I initially went to Gig Harbor Home Depot, but their in store stock is minute. I cost me time and gas but it was worth my drive to go to Silverdale where they have everything in stock. I will have to say to Gig Harbor: When your sales practice tells your Customers that we don't have it but it's in stock at Silverdale! That's bad business practice. I spent $1085 at Gig Harbor and completed my shopping at Silverdale for additional $1855. Gig Harbor is closer to my house, but I'll make the drive to Silverdale if I really need something that is going to be in question whether they have it in stock or not. Regardless, the materials I did end up buying were quality and my wife's new Kitchen will be complete. I had quotes to remodel to include new flooring, new cabinets, new counter top, GFI outlets, sheet rock repair and paint. The lowest bid I got was $10,700.00. Due to the team at Home Depot, my DIY costs are rougly $3700. Alot of the associates have experience and they have helped me quite a bit in the past. Great job Silverdale! Gig Harbor-Needs improvement.

Silverdale Home Depot is my "go to" store each time I need hardware, repair materials or supplies. Their staff is always available and extremely helpful each and every time I need help. They are extremely courteous and take the time to work with you if you have a complicated purchase. This store is so much more helpful than the "other" big box hardware store and I will ALWAYS shop here. The Pro Desk staff (at least Mon-Fri) are EXCELLENT and work together to solve problems. I really appreciate the military discount too!

If there is one reason to go to Home Depot, specifically in Silverdale, it's Terry. He's the Master electrician for the store. He's awesome. He helped steer me in the right direction with a project I was doing. Having a master tradesman available in the store is an invaluable resource. Having visited other Home Depots, Terry is exceptional. This is a program home depot really needs to keep, if they want people coming back. I will keep going there solely because I know I can get his help. Best experience Ive had a t a home depot from walking in to having Caroline at the pro desk check me out...

I always have a good experience shopping at the Silverdale Home Depot. The associates are friendly and helpful and I almost always find what I am looking for.

We were in the market to purchase a small gas grill for our patio and had shopped around numerous stores in our area. We ended up going back to Home Depot despite finding other grills that were less expensive. We returned to Home Depot for the quality of the products, competitive prices and the helpful staff...always a pleasure to shop at this store!

I spend a lot of money at Home Depot because, let's face it, there really isn't a lot of places in my location to purchase home improvement and diy products. I just have found the service lacking and sometimes the product availability or store organization is poor. I was looking for something as simple as cedar 2 x 10's and was unable to find them and couldn't find anyone other than a cashier to help me and they didn't know much about it and directed me outside. I mean, really? This isn't an unusual item that should be difficult to find. I have also been in the store and made a written complaint about the fact that so few disabled carts are available which forced me to walk through the store on crutches so I took my shopping elsewhere. Nobody ever got back to me on the complaint nor can I see any attempt to remedy the poor number of disability carts available. Gives me the feeling that Home Depot doesn't value their customer satisfaction very highly.

Shopping is easy, prices are great, store associates are very knowledgeable and helpful to say the least…it is a pleasure shopping and talking to the folks at Home Depot…!
