Store access was easy. Employees were very friendly in helping me find what I was looking for. Checking out was very professional. My cashier ETHEL was very friendly and made the effort of signing me up for a HOME DEPOT credit card.

Great Experience at self check out with Rose and Crystal both were polite and had a good sense of humor actually made me laugh and I am not a fan of self check out keep of the good work girls....

Everyone did their best to help me finish my project , from flooring selections to installation , they were all very professional

I had a wonderful experience with the purchase of my new fridge thanks to a certain employee Jessica from appliance. She went above and beyond to help me with my purchase and was so sweet. Felt like I had know her forever. I will defiantly be back to this Home Depot.

Yes, the store was very well stocked, clean and in order.

Store is conveniently close to my house so that is a plus. The color match computer was a disappointment. The employees seemed to just be going through the motions.

Savanna in the paint department went above and beyond in assisting me in matching my color properly. The color match computer was giving a color that was way off and she kept at it until it was perfect.

Store is always clean, well stocked and organized. Easy to find what you’re looking for but the associates are always eager and happy to assist when needed.

Very Welcoming Store, huge variety of quality products, awesome staff, second to none, really exellent Store.

Seems pretty well run. Generally friendly people. Usually have everything they're suppose to have in stock. Sometimes hard to find employees. Signage could be better for aisle contents. A Directory near the Entrance could save some wandering around. I'd like to see the checkout not so far from the Entrance, where people typically park near.

I love this store. Associates are friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Always approach me to see if they can help me. I have never had a bad experience here. I am always pleased to see that several of the associates have been with Home Depot for years. Also, I like that Home Depot hires older adults.

Home Depot #0386 Slidell is tidy, easy to navigate and the employees are willing to assist in any way possible. They are interested in you finding what you came to the store to purchase. They are knowledgeable about their departments as well as the general store layout.

Store is OK....Just beware of service desk,after 4 pm associates really are unprofessional and not friendly Attn. Sam

This store’s contract delivery service caused $10,000 worth of damage to my home & HD refused to pay for any of the damages. I minimize doing business with them.

The store is very convenient to our home. We have made many trips to the garden department and Hunter is always super pleasant and helpful.

Butch was more than helpful when it came to helping me make a decision on whether or not to purchase an on demand water heater or to replace my existing 50 Gal. water heater with a like for like. Butch took the time to research pros and cons from an on-line resource with myself and he was transparent with his knowledge and opinions. I ultimately purchased the appliance due to Butch's help. Butch took the time to address his customer and he put his customer first. He had several calls to help other customers which he handled with class and delegated smoothly. No complaints!!

I shop 4 Home Depot,slidell,la/pensocola,fl/gulfport & Biloxi,ms/all stores are clean & went I need help I get help and most associates are friendly.

Your store manager, Amanda, is worth her weight in gold. Your service department needs to be told just what SERVICE is. As I stated in my earlier comments, Amanda, corrected an issue that caused me to cancel my account. Because of her, I re applied. My rude treatment by your SERVICE and credit associates caused this problem. As I was offered via mail and store advertisement, and sales associate 12 months on a refrigerator purchase, after 6 months was charged interest. You guys need to get you advertisement, deals, and offers straight. Just because a CUSTOMER has an issue with the credit department on a charge, it does not mean the customer is trying to "put one over" on your store. A little more time spent by your SERVICE department could have prevent an un savory visit. Again Thanks to AMANDA for making it right.

It turned out to be a very good experience. I don’t know his last name but he was an assistant manager and his name is Danny. My item was not delivered on the day i requested due to the mistake of another employee. The lady at the front desk couldn’t help me. She couldn’t fine me in the system. I asked for the manager. Instead the assistant manager( Danny ) came to my rescue. He put up with the disappointment I showed in my voice and was very patient. Thank you Danny. I deeply appreciate you. YOU DID THAT!!! I’m looking forward to shopping there again.
