store is clean, well stocked, staff are very courteous. only downside is limited egress out of Smithfield Commons, once you get down in there, you are trapped with only one exit out which can be horrible during holidays & weekends.

The store clean & associates very helpful very wellorganized

I thought that I had to return a pedestal fan, but did not really have to. The woman at the return desk asked me if one of the workers could fix it for me. A very sweet man was able to line up the grids for me, so it was not necessary to return the fan after all. He was very patient and accomplished what I was unable to do. I notice that the review summary says not to mention a specific associate's name, so I am not going to. However, I had really wanted to give him the credit that he deserves. In the future it would be nice if your survey lets a customer do this.

Everything I was looking for was available and well stocked

Staff was outstanding.... Selected a grill and went back a week later and they pulled it because of safety issues and was disappointed. Associate "Joyce" took care of everything! Made us feel valued as customers so we selected another grill. Went back a week later to pick it up and it was ready as scheduled... A few scratches and a small dent but Desiree made it right. My husband and I took it out and we asked a young man for help that was getting carriages together in the lot, his name was Brandon 8/5/15 around 7:15pm and without hesitation he was so willing to help. We offered to give him a small token of our appreciation and refused several times. Please reward your employees for their great customer service because that is what will keep us coming back. Joyce, Desiree and Brandon we want to thank you for our great experience! Someone please take them out to lunch or at least pat them on their back because you are lucky to have them!!!! The Smithfield Home Depot Store is always, clean, well lit and staffed to help those of us who have questions either trying to find a particular item, or just asking for simple direction to what isle is a certain item may be found in.. But what I like to acknowledge is one of Smithfields Home Depot Cashier. His name is Paul and he was very out going, friendly and acknowledged not only me in line but the other people in line as well while he was checking myself out at the register. He asked if we found everything ok and if we would need any help taking our merchandise out to our car... He also welcomed us back to this Home Depot Store again as we left. and I heard him be just as polite and happy ro the customer behind us.. Never have we had such great customer service as we did with that gentleman.. I hope he gets some kind of acknowledgement from this letter. We will definitely be coming back to his line..

As previous stated Kevin had my order ready at the pick up desk, great shopping experience.

I had a lot of stuff to get , I was in and out very shortly. the way home depot is set up is very organized. home depot is defintly a contractors store.

Saturday night 9 pm. All is calm. Gonna go out and party it up...... At the Smithfield Home Depot. Found some good deals, got some digits of the new exterior door project. And left with a fine piece of dewalt chalk line set and some drill bits. What a night! Can't wait for next weekend. This is a good store with a friendly staff.

The store was organized and clean. Saturday, June 27, 2015 was a pleasant surprise to see many available associates around between the check-out aisles and the product aisles. One of the women, (I don't remember her name) was very helpful and knowledgeable about the items that we wanted t locate. The cashiers were also very friendly and unintimidating.

Shopping at this Home Depot is my preference due to availability of product, store associates friendliness & helpfulness, however, store accessibility is less than pleasant. Smithfield Commons is designed with one access road in/out and traffic is terrible when trying to get out - you become trapped & delayed. There are times when we drive the extra distance to another town to avoid shopping in this complex. Smithfield zoning or city planners really should develop an alternate traffic flow out.

We had a lot of questions about a previous purchase and received very helpful answers. A great store to get ideas and shop. Good quality items and service.

This store is organized well, and the items that I needed were easy to locate. Whenever I purchase items or supplies that are too heavy for me to carry, there is always an associate there to assist me with my purchases.

We visit this Home Depot store fairly frequently and lately it appears to be a ghost town because there are not many associates around to help if needed.

I shop this store because it is always well stocked with what I need and if I cant find what I need a store employee will take me to the item I am looking for. Because I shop this store often I very seldom need help to find anything .

I was unsure about a few things and the Sales associate, Bambi, was so knowledgeable and helpful, it was easy to make my decision and buy!!
