Very clean store although very hard to find an associate especially when needing help loading up...... big selection, new products......

the store was well lite and associates were very helpful

I'm always pleased with the merchandise and service in this store.

Waited over a 1/2 hour for an associate to unlock the propane for my exchange!

Was able to get all the materials needed in one quick stop !

The attention I received from both associates was very commendable. One,a paint department gentleman, was EXTREMELY busy and alone at the time but managed to take my request for help. He came and showed me two items to choose from and explained each ones suitability for the job I was to perform. The young man at the customer service desk was also very helpful when he went out of his way to find out if the item I had ordered was indeed in "receiving", although I was early for that pick up. When I finished by business in the paint department I went back to the service desk and he had actually discovered my order! I am very busy lately and was extremely happy to get my order earlier than expected. Thank you all so much for making my day!

GOING TO HOME DEPOT LAST WEEK WAS PROBABLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD, NOT ENOUGH ASSISTANCE ON THE FLOOR IN CERTAIN D

Picking up my order was very easy, right inside the entrance area. The clerk was extremely polite even though phone was ringing etc. I felt I had his attention.

I came for kingsford charcoal and left with gadgets for my grill. Great store!

The paint department staff were very friendly and knowledgable. They answered any questions I had and offered helpful tips too!

The store was very organized with many available staff members. Cashier was friendly, helpful and attentive.

I was very happy with all the help I received from all the clerks in the hardware dept. and grass trimmer area

had blade for my chain saw. helped me find the right blade.

I was extremely happy with the associate she was very helpful in my dryer purchase the only issue is the wait time for the delivery a week is to long

The sales associates were extremely helpful in locating the product I needed and quite well informed as to the best model for the needs I stated to them. The store itself was uncluttered and easy to navigate.

The garden area was neat and clean and very well stocked with plants and small shrubs. There was a wonderful supply of geraniums and other seasonal plants and flowers. The prices were reasonable and there were many different containers for plants. I did need some assistance with a price on a plant stand and the sales associate obtained that information for me quickly and with a smile! I always shop at this Home Depot. Keep up the good work.

I have purchased many an item at HD and have NEVER been disappointed! I only ran into one "know-it -all" that put me off but one in over a hundred employees I've dealt with?...Now that's an A+ record in my book!

Great experience at the store, as usual. All employees are always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The store is great, clean, well placed near major roads and highway. Staff is always available to load vehicles or assist with finding products I am looking for.

I LOVE HOME DEPOT, I PREFER THE SOMERSET LOCATION AS IT IS EASILY ACCESSIBLE TO ME AND THE ASSOCIATES ARE VERY HELPFUL. WE SHOP HERE OVER 3 TIMES A MONTH. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK HOME DEPOT!!

There were many plants to choose from at a reasonable price.

Already frustrated by the overall experience getting my hands on a patio set that was not in stock for over a week in one store I was told that Somerset had 6 sets so off I went. When i arrive to Somerset the first thing out on associates mouth was Welcome to Home Depot can i help you? WOW and yes, I want this patio set right here and I overheard another man say i have been waiting an hour for that set I added I will not wait more than 15 minutes. The associate hustled and located a set for me in 12 minutes, i was cashed out in such a pleasant manner and they helped load the patio set in my truck. They made up for this issues I had in the other location. Yeah they found the set for the other guy as well. His set was loaded in his truck before me and we all left happy.

We needed two storm doors after this terrible winter. We found just what we wanted at a pretty good price and installation was reasonably priced

The store is clean and well lit and signed. Product is of good quality and the store has an excellent variety. Store associates are hard to find and I feel are spread to thin to be able to help all. Cashiers are pleasant, accurate, and offer the Home Depot card to save money.

No one's perfect but this store is close to it! As a woman the gentlemen associates were not in the least bit condescending and it is awesome to see how knowledgeable the female assoc. are.

They had the items that I was looking for. I needed help to find them. I needed help to find an associate first. I found the items myself.
