Associates were very helpful and even helped put door in my truck

This is my regular Home Depot, but I would drive to this store even if it weren't. I've rarely ever had anything but a great experience; the staff are almost always helpful and friendly, and on several occasions have gone above and beyond to help me out and save me money.

We had gone in to the Somerset, MA, Home Depot about two weeks ago and was not very satisfied as we could waited for about 20 minutes for help with grilles and found no one. I reported this via a previous survey and the assistant store manager, David Mastriano, called me the night I did the survey and requested that we go back the following day. He was very helpful and we had decided on a Kitchenaid grille; however, we wanted to wait to see if it was going to go on sale on Black Friday. Unfortunately, it did not. We went back to the Somerset store on Saturday, April 11, 2015, and spotted a Charbroil grille that was on sale. Sabrina Ponte was able to assist us and we decided to purchase the Charbroil grille for $199. Sabrina was very helpful and suggested a cover and utensils. We also received the free fillup of propane. Overall, this was a much better experience than our original one. Many thanks to Dave and Sabrina for there excellent customer service

Went in for just some small things and was immediately helped by knowledgeable and friendly staff!! I was in and out faster than I would have thought possible! Keep up the great work!
