We had a lost purse incident with a family member and Mellisa at the Customer Sevice desk went out of her way to search with us. She also contacted Security and they assisted locating and verifying that the family member left the store and entered the car with the purse. Later, she called the house to verify that it was found at home. I can’t say enough great things about the extra service provided. Melissa did an excellent job and did not hesitate to go out of her way and not make us feel like a burden.

I visited the store to purchase flooring, power tools and various other items. The customer service I received far exceeded my expectations. Associates Jordan and Amanda went above and beyond to assist me with my purchases. This was by far my best experience ever.

Register rang up price that was $27 higher than that marked in the aisle. Then the credit card scanner didn't work. Cashier pretended like I was the first person who had the problem even though the woman in front of me had the same problem. This store is not very good.

The employees from the service desk, to the millworks to the garden center were very helpful and friendly no matter how busy they were.

The store is easy to find things you need. The employees are exceptional,polite and willing to stop and help with anything you need.

Today I was helped by a knowledgeable and courteous Millwork Specialist, Brittany Bankston. I had been in the store 2 times prior with no success but today she knew exactly what I needed and within seconds she resolved my issue and ordered the part I needed. Thank you Brittany!

This Somerset Home Depot, the employees are the most organized and well schooled in just about every Department I've ever been. Keep up the great work guys/girls.

The people working at this store make an extra effort to be helpful. What's most surprising is that the sub-contractors who install their products reflect the same high standard of customer care. We've had sub-contractors from this store install: fencing, vinyl flooring, a kitchen counter, and wall-to-wall carpeting. All were excellent.

Hope you don't need help because there's no one in the departments to help you

I GO A LOT TO HOME DEPOT AT Taunton SOMERSET AND Dartmouth FOR MY BUSINESS BUT IT'S difficult TO FINE HELP SO MY RATING 3

This Home Depot is for the most part spot on with service and support. Some days I could question the value, but overall the sales associates go above and beyond in many ways. My most recent trip was to replace a sump pump. Mind you we had an old-antiquated setup so I had to replace everything. Without much clue I was able to get help and the associates literally built a dry model of what I needed to do! They actually stopped what they were doing and helped me each step of the way so that I could fully build my new sump. The store was very organized, I did not have to search hi or low for any materials and equipment. Checkout was a breeze and in no time my job was actually done.

There was an employee that had a hickie on her neck . Very non lady like. But my overall satisfied.

The power tools and hand tools in this store were very well organized and stocked with drills and their accessories. Found what i needed and more. good shopping experience.

The Little Man at the front door who greets customers is just so sweet. My husband and I love seeing him when we go to Home Depot. He ALWAYS puts smiles on our faces.

I just bought a house a few days ago and I was in need of some essential tools and products. I was overwhelmed, completely stressed out. I was thankful for all the employees that helped me get everything that I need.

I have had some bad experiences in the Dartmouth store lately. So I have been going out of my way to the Somerset store lately. Today I got the best service I have ever had. Thanks to Brittany Bankston in mill work. She went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you Brittany

No Home Depot in CT have Glass Block In stock , I was told by on line Associate to try Somerset MA , I did and could not be happier or Treated any better than I was by Hedi at store 2605 She was polite, concerned to solve my problem. Somerset Homedepot is always neat and clean. The staff there knows their product information well. It is a pleasant place to shop.

Store is clean and had everything we needed. Staff were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable in the area assigned. If go back here for all my appropriate needs. Even passed up 10% off some place else to shop here!
