I use the Pro desk every time I shop there. The staff is always in a great mood, very helpful and know my products. I cant say enough good things about them.

Pete in plumbing made my daunting task very easy. Pete was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant.

I was directed exactly where to find the product. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Associates in the whole store were so helpful and nice! Tom in flooring knew everything we needed to know with carpets! Very experienced workers throughout the store !

I rarely complete reviews, my experience yesterday in-store has prompted me to do so. Came in needing a door, I know nothing about doors. I was assisted by Paul, who apparently knows more about doors and installation than I could ever imagine. He helped me every step of the way and I left the store feeling confident I could complete my project, which I was able to do on my own thanks to Paul's guidance.

I received great help from BobbyJoe at the Paint Department. Very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and offered opinion when asked. She was wonderful.

walking through the front door, and was met by a friendly smile and a "Good Morning" asked where the paint dept was, moved along to where he pointed . Waited about 1 minute, for a clerk who was mixing a gallon of paint for someone else. Once she was through, came over with a smile and asked what she could do for me . I gave her my order for paint. While I was waiting , I asked if they carries 50:1 gasoline for chain saws, the other gentleman popped right up and said. that would right over there in lawn and garden. I walked over , found the gas , went back , my paint was ready . I went to a checkout counter ( a do it yourself) one. An employee came right over and said "let me help you with that " it is to heavy to put up on the counter, I can just scan it for you . I was very pleased with the service of a store that I had only been in once since they opened , as I live in another town. But after this experience , I am good with the extra drive . A very pleasant experience , not often found anymore in most stores. Kudos to the staff at Somersworth Home Depot

why doesn't this store have a customer-use computer or kiosk? every other Home Depot I have been into either has a kiosk or a computer that employees can use, either at the Pro desk, or at the customer service desk. how can I compare prices? how can I look up products on the website?

I had to order shingles and roofing materials that I am not very knowledgeable about. The associate at the Pro Desk at the Somersworth, NH store was patient, friendly and very experienced in helping me to order the materials that I needed and in arranging the details because it was a special order. She also called to arrange the special financing I was seeking. She called me the next day to let me know the order would take 2 weeks before delivery and to be sure I still wanted to place the order or to change it. She made what I thought might be a difficult task much easier. No matter how nice a store is ( and I think Home Depot is a nice store) it is always the associates that make my contact with the store a nice experience or not.

From the 2 associates who were in different departments who were able to direct us to entirely different departments where we successfully found what we were looking for, to Marc P. who cheerfully and expertly checked us out. I have NEVER had such an enjoyable experience at any Home Depots before.

Thank you for having just about everything that I need at the store. I never have to wait when I shop there. I am in and out with the items I need.

GREAT STORE Quickly in and out I was able to get what I went in for :)

This store is nice, clean, and organized. The only downfall is that there is no customer-use computer. Every other store I have been to has either a kiosk or a computer at the Pro desk that customers can use to look up items on the Home Depot website and/or manage your Pro account.

His store does not have a customer-use computer/kiosk.

Always a great experience. Staff helpful. Very convenient hours. It seems they always have the piece or part I need to finish project. Today it was an electrical connector

Everyone was friendly. I did my research online before patronizing the store. I found everything that I needed.

No one was helpful at all. I work retail and if my store did this we would do our best to rectify it

We went to Somersworth Home Depot for various items but mostly lots of paint. Unsure of what kinds we needed, John helped me thru all of it and I was able to pick up two 5 gaskin buckets. As I was looking around I found deck paint on an incredible sale. Thinking it wasn't good, John explained to me why it was on sale and we ended up buying 12 gallons of it! Great experience.

We loved our service desk associate, Mary MJI3UP! She was very friendly and gave all the information that we needed to have a smooth transaction!

The store associate was not knowleable and very few associates were visable.

The store associates (Noah, Alan) were very helpful and friendly. Noah watched my cabinets while I hunted down my husband somewhere else in the store. Alan (in the paint department) is always funny, a delight to talk to, and gives very helpful painting suggestions.

Easy to find products, very helpful associates. I can always find what I need and if I am unsure on how to do a project, the employees are very helpful in guiding me. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

the aisles were clear and well lit. Product was in stock and easily accessible. The service far exceeded my expectations.

I had excellent assistance in the paint section from Jim. I had the wrong shade of brown for my deck paint and he helped me to get the shade I wanted by adding colors. While helping us get the correct shade he was also helping other customers. I was very appreciative.

I was greeted when I walked in the door by a young man who was working with another customer and directed to the proper location in the store. I found the product I was looking for and was able to load up with ease. I was helped by a young man, can not recall his name, who understood the situation quickly and assisted me in being able to purchase a damaged product that would have degraded if left on the shelf in it's damaged state. The checkout person, Sarah, was just about the best I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I had some minor issues checking out and she was very thoughtful and made me feel very comfortable with a somewhat prolonged checkout mostly due to my not having proper identification. I went into Home Depot with a list of things I need. I walked in and there was a great deal on a hose, which was on my list. I was pumped! The cashier was AWESOME. You should go to this Home Depot.

I spoke with a very helpful woman in the appliance department, who took time to find me items with the specification and price range that I needed. This allowed me to easily order the item online. I also went in to purchase separate items the following day and I found the customer service to be wonderful. I will shop here many times to come and I recommend this store to everyone.
