This is a huge store with many employees, but no one seems to have the answers even when one asks several people the same questions. What is the minimum purchase for deliver? I asked 4 people and they couldn't tell me.

I found my dream smoker the day before Father's day. The store employee and clerk found one that was completely assembled. My son, and his friends took it out. We fired it up and enjoyed smoked sausages later in the day! Thank you so much for making the day so memorable! Best regards

This was my first awful experience with the store. A little project, as changing two faucets in bath sinks, turned into a nightmare. There were two boxes of the faucets I needed on the shelf and I was happy to purchase them. A plumber found that one faucet didn't have some plastic detail and asked me to purchase another one, however he installed the second faucet. This faucet was leaking under the sink for two days (until I discovered that the flooring was completely wet) and it damaged my flooring. Now I have to replace the whole flooring in the bathroom. I had no idea that two faucets I bought where in an OPEN boxes, only when I had to return them to buy another, I've noticed that there was a plastic wrap around them. How would the worker and then the department manager allow to sell items like faucets in a previously opened boxes??!

Good quantity of products. They do have people who will help. Sometimes need to find them. Aisles are a bit crowded with displays. Makes it hard to move about. Overall they have good products and prices are good.

Best Home Depot Ever! Friendly, helpful staff!

If you have to shop Home Depot it's worth your time to drive to the Watsonville store. Employees are more courteous and overall the service much better. We have been kept waiting for an unreasonable amount of times to then be abused by a disgruntled employee. I will no longer reward them with my hard earned money!

Good help overall but for the item I wanted and bought, the selections were limited. Still, HD is the principle store of this type go to.

I already wrote a review when filling out a customer survey, and recommend this store because I had a good experience today with employees. I got assistance and found the products I wanted. The store was as clean as can be expected, but there was a lot of activity because the store was busy. Today all the associates were friendly.

Store is well stocked. Associates are friendly - many have experience with their products in their department or offer assistance if they don't have the information and/or product requested. The process for returning merchandise is much improved and is generally well-staffed. The self-check out process is good and staff is available to help, if needed.

Knoledgeble of the products

THE REMOVAL OF THE CASHIERS AND ADDING ALL SELF SERVICE CHECK OUTS IS TERRIBLE. THIS PUTS ALL OF THE RESPONSIBILITY ON THE CONSUMER TO SPEND UNNECESSARY TIME PAYING FOR ITEMS. THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS HOME DEPOT ARE STILL GREAT, BUT HOME DEPOT IS SAVING MONEY AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CONSUMER.

Pleasant, helpful, knowledgable of products, fast assistance in store with assistance to the truck.

This store is the worst. Every time I go in there and need a little assistance the employees ignore you or act like they can't be bothered. It's atrocious!

I know a number of people who say they are always looking for an excuse to go to Home Depot! That is recommendation enough, I think!!

This store ranks as one of the best Home Depot stores that I visit through out central California. It is a smaller store for the chain, but makes up for its size in friendly and knowledgable customer service, has an amazing pro desk team that helps you get in and out of the store in short order.

Hi Lucretia I am writing to let you know that an employee of yours in the flooring dept. went above and beyond to help me out with making my order come thru in time. I ordered all new carpets with the 3-5 install in order to get new carpets before an open house. The day before I was to get the install I received a call from the installers saying they had not gotten the carpet. I was really upset as that is why I paid to get this service in order for it to get done on time. After calling Patricia Camera and telling her the situation, she originally said that there was nothing she could do to help me out. I was pretty frustrated and after a few minutes of talking to her about potential options she went to work and called me back and said she had figured it out for me and that my install should happen the following morning at the specified time I was originally lotted. I was very pleased at her motivation to help me out and it was greatly appreciated! She even worked a little over time missing valuable time with her son who was in from out of town and that extra mile she took to help me out really made my day. I appreciate the extra effort from such great employees putting the customer first before personal matters. Please know that you have a great employee in Patricia Camera at the Soquel CA Home Depot!. Spoke with 3 cashiers for material locations and electric cart assistance. All were cordial and informative. Two young men helped load my building materials as I am disabled. I "borrowed" the electric shopping cart. It actually ran! The check out cashier walked my purchase through check out and returned my receipt with a smile. Can't beat that for a start to your building day.

One of the busiests stores in the area, well staffed majority of the time, and team will help you find the right product. I really appreciated the help in the electrical team

Generally, the box stores trigger a massive headache for me, but in the last year or so the Soquel store has made an effort to have friendly knowledgeable staff. There are folks who know where the products are located, staff who make sure you get exactly what you need (Tom in windows) and staff that make sure your delivery is not left on the loading dock. Really going above and beyond the service at other box stores. Heck, the guy in paint showed me how to get the right shade of paint using an app and some common sense....he could have gone to lunch.

VERY HELPFUL STORE STAFF. THEY FOUND AN ASSOCIATE--WHO KNOWS ABOUT PAINTS AND PROVIDED EXCELLENT ADVICE.

Clean and salespeople always ready to help.
