Garden department staff is lazy. Garden department is horrible.

Store is getting worse. Needs upper management to fly in and give it an over haul

This store is in trouble. There is a problem with staffing everytime I visit. The management appears to not have an interest in obtaining good reliable staff and keeping the employee. There is a depressing feeling when I go in this store. The management is horrible.

All I can say is that my overall experience because of your STAFF, specifically Mike in tools and Anna cashier was great!

I am re-landscaping my back yard and made several trips to this store over the last week. John in the garden section was very helpful and knowledgeable about my decisions. He put up with my many trips back and forth and helped load my Jeep and get me on my way. He was very friendly, professional and handy! I will def be back and ask for him with any upcoming yard needs.

The employees have always been helpful and pleasant . I would say my one complaint is that it is a smaller store and some things I'm looking for they don't have in stock. Them they recommend going to the larger stores in Watsonville or San Jose. My complaint is that's a 30+ mile farther drive. Other than that I'm very happy with the store. But most stores in the Santa Cruz are smaller than over the Hill in San Jose.

Excellent customer service and quick help locating items!

Best hardware shopping experience in Santa Cruz county! They have courteous and helpful staff, right down to hooking you up with what you REALLY need for any project. They generally have the best prices on items related to your home -- even when I see an item on sale at other stores I always check our local Home Depot as they often beat other's sale prices (I once made the mistake of buying an HVAC setup from S**** without double-checking and paid many times what I would have at Home Depot!). But the biggest plus is that they have the best selection of home-related items, by far, of any store in Santa Cruz county. When you put it all together it is to me the best home shopping EXPERIENCE you can get around here!

Store Staff was EXCELLENT, Helpful, Kowledgable. They worked the Next Day Delivery Logistics most efficiently. For 5 Large Haevy Fence Panels

EXCELLENT EFFORTS BY THE STORE MANAGEMENT and STAFF to find needed fencing materials and additional items needed such as concrete mix, gravel, hardware, etc. Next Day Local delivery of large 8 Foot Long x 6 Feeh High Fencing sections was excellent and very impressive by One-Man Delivery Man ---JUAN. Give them All A Bonus.

There is a wide variety of materials for do it yourselfers at this store! The sales staff is always helpful!

Home Depot 41st Ave has the best people helpful and they seem happy to work there!

We returned some unused/unopened goods we had purchased using a Home Depot credit card. We had cancelled the card before returning the goods so were told we couldn't be refunded or given store credit. We had to pay to buy new goods instead and get told to wait 60 days for a refund. That refund may or may not happen unless we contact some hidden department that took two hours on many calls to find. Thanks Home Depot, brilliant service......NOT

They always have what I'm looking for from carpet to lumber to plants. The guys on the floor always know where to direct me and are very helpful. The cashiers are nice and helpful too. I like shopping here.

Easy to navigate store!

Faster service than many other HDs or Lowe's stores, well-organized, relatively clean. Helpful staff makes a big difference, especially Jose in Lumber. Most of the cashiers are knowledgeable and have a good attitude. Outside garden area has good selection but could use a bit more organization. Overall, have good experiences here.

Product itself was fine - HD had 2 different sizes listed online that were actually the same sink . Held up construction waiting, returning & reordering. The associates that helped me in-store where aware that there was a problem but hadn't resolved it.

Great store for contractors, The store is so well organized and has great knowledgeable staff and seems to be overstaffed with the amount of service that is offered. This Home Depot has made it very easy for local contractors to get in and out with their materials on a daily basis. I appreciate everybody at the Pro-desk upper management for hiring great young employees. To include Courtney the millwakee representative....
