We were very happy with the help we got in the concrete and stucco area.

Our fully loaded bike rack broke 8 hours away from home. With only an hour til the store closed, we limped into the parking lot not knowing if we'd be able to drive home that night as planned or if we would have get a room. The bolt sheared off the side of our bike rack with 3 regular bikes and a tandem on it. The cashier Charmaine and the associate in the rental center were super helpful to find us what we needed quickly and even had a rental drill to use to get the old bolt out. In less than an hour we had it all fixed and were back on our way! This Home Depot saved the day. Wish our Home Depot in CT was still open til 10pm!

I bought a key for my John Deere Lawn Mower/Tractor previously. It did not fit it, so, I brought it back. They credited my bank acct. immediately. Then they made me a copy of my original key for free! Great Service.

The sales associates were quick to respond to my needs. One was particularly helpful to recommend the type of product I was interested in. The smaller size was not available, so I had to get the largest size. She had another associate reach it for me because it was to high up and heavy for me to reach. Then, she assisted me to the shortest checkout. The cashiers were also very friendly and greeted me with a smile. It was an overall pleasant experience.

had an old can of Behr stain I needed more of, the paint associate was knowledgeable and friendly. excellent experience. I was very happy with the short amount of time that was needed to get the stain ready.

We just moved to the area and the associates were all so knowledgeable and helpful. We will be there many more times so its comforting to know the associates know what they are talking about. Great prices as well.

I walked 2 miles before I found a employee and then she called someone 5 minutes later I was walking down the isle to leave when a guy came around and helped he was very nice and knowledgable but by this time my visit was ruined I guess my next stop will be ace hardware its worth 5 extra bucks to get fast service , my problem is where was everyone?

I've been in this store before and experienced the same thing. The young lady in appliances will ignore you if she is talking to someone. you have to go stand right in front of her before she will ask or call for more assistance. The young man who finally showed up was very helpfull. surprised by how long it takes to actually get the appliance. Three days just seems like a long time. ware house is pretty close. More surprised that i couldn't just take one home with me.

While Home Depot corporation seeks to maintain a good relationship with customers, the translation can seem to get lost coming from corporate down to the local store. What get's me is, if this were another day with different associates at the same store, I would have received great service. I'm in Home Depot every other day and my experience is different each time. Sometimes I make sure I come when certain associates work because I know they will take care of me.

People are always checking to see if you need help and cashiers are fast and polite to see if you got everything . Department people know their product or they will find someone else that understands your question

I was there for two reasons. First, the paint department for them to see the paint that I purchased, which was bad. They checked it and gave me new ones. I was greatful. And then to the garden department to purchase soil and a few plants. The associate at the checkout, in the garden, was friendly and asked if I found everything that I needed, to which I replied, yes, and thank you for asking. After a long hot day of paint disappointment, my trip to the store was much appreciated for the way I was treated. Thank you.

Every time we need something for our home we head to our Home Depot. We have never had a bad experience. Every sales associate is friendly and willing to help us get what we need. We have two rental properties and always find the best price for our materials here.
