Chris in Garden and Amanda (cashier) were so helpful to us when we were purchasing a patio set. Chris went out of his way to assist us and helped us load it in the car. He was very personable and helpful. Amanda was so helpful in getting us help to begin with and then with checking us out and helping with a coupon we had. It was a great experience thanks to both of these employees.

The store was very clean and the associates was very helpful with helping me to check out quickly!

I especially was glad that your employee in the parking lot came up and helped me load the car. He then took the cart away and he was very polite.

Shopping after work for my backyard projects, and found everything I was looking for and then some extras of course! All of the sales associates were helpful (i couldnt find the hose I needed ) after checking out, an associate even helped me load my car! Nice shopping experience!

Sometimes I don't readily see an associate, but as soon as I do, they are always friendly and listen to me intently. I say listen intently because I "kinda know what I'm looking for, but don't' always know the proper name of the item. The associate listens enough to know precisely what I'm looking for. Then they assist me, often the associate will take me directly to the aisle of the item I'm looking to find.

The pro desk associate (salesperson #CDB659) was extremely informative, pleasant, patient and he made sure that I was getting a quote on all of the merchandise that I needed, as well as making sure that I was getting the appropriate materials for the job I am doing. Completely satisfied with this experience at the Pro Desk.

Employees seemed to know when to ask if you need help and when to leave you alone. Lots of employees around but didn't make me feel smothered. That is a plus! One suggestion about ceiling fans though. Dim the lights on the fans because when you're looking up at the displays to make a choice it can be blinding!

I found all the products I was looking for in quick time. A store associate helped me establish store credit as well. I was a very quick process.

Great service in the paint department. Was astonished at how quickly everything got mixed (13 gallons/3 different colors). If only the customers were as nice as the employees...( We let a lady go ahead of us that just needed a couple of quarts mixed, and didn't even get as much as a thank you from her....real nice!) Anyway, the staff was great, the store was clean, and the service prompt. Cannot ask for anything more.

I go out of my way to go to this HD store. It is the best around! The associates are what makes this store stand out. They are always friendly and helpful. It's fun to shop here!

There is nothing worse than walking into a home improvement store and not being able to find what you are looking for, and not being able to find a store employee to help you. This is not the case here. The employees are always available, knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to take the time needed to help you find what you are looking for. This is hands down the best home improvement store in the area.

I typical do self check-out because it is faster. Demetria flagged me down with a very friendly smile and offered to check me out. She was very quick and I was on my way.

The store is always well organized and clean. So many associates around asking if i need help, I do not have to go looking for them. What I come for is in stock and easy to find. I have been to other Home Depot stores and find this Canton store is well run. All the employees are smiling, friendly and know about what I am asking about. We have shopped here many times ordering doors, windows and more.

I asked for an associate to help me pick the right product for a concrete repair project that i was interested in doing. The associate was very helpful in not only directing me tothe right product to use, he also explained the pros and cons of the other possible choices and finally told me what he would use if he was doing the job himself. This was extremely helpful to me.

I went into the store to have a look at some tiles for my backsplash, and without even needing to look one of the associates, a young man by the name of Elle, approached me and offered assistance, and proceeded to help me find tiles to suite my tastes and even helped me find a design I loved! He explained everything regarding the install and how to do it, and thankfully he didn't pressure me to use their services like most workers seem to. All he did was mention it was an option then go into the explanation for how to do it. I found it very refreshing and love going to this store, it is my favorite home depot!

Larry assisted me on 3-22-15 in the door knob aisle. He was very helpful & went out of his way to answer my questions about my kwick set door knob coming off. It was comforting that he took time & effort to help me with a situation that I found disturbing. My door knob came off in my hand. He was professional, patient, & courteous. Soraya, the cashier, was very friendly & professional at the register. This is why I go to this store. I prefer this Home Depot because of the employees that work there.
