This store seems to have the most friendly individuals as employees which makes a big difference when shopping and searching for whatever you may need at that time. They always seem to have what I need at competitive pricing....and advice on anything you’re about to tackle.

The cashier was so funny and helpful. His name was Sabah. Also the young man that worked the paint department at 1 pm 2/23/18 was so wonderfully helpful and patient with me. I always get great service. That's why I only shop at homedepot.

This store has a huge amount of product, like most home improvement stores, but their service was excellent. Staff made it easy to find exactly what I was looking for right away, and not get lost hunting for it. I am excited to shop here again for future projects!

Well staffed even on a holiday. staff are very friendly and helpful. They make all feel welcome. No one was grumpy BC they had to work a holiday. Or made me feel intimidated for being a female in a store that predomininately patroned by males. Special Thank you to Neela You're a great cashier and your customer service skills are on point! You go above and beyond to connect with your customers and make them feel welcome! I whole heartly recommend this location!

Gary Berry in appliances was very helpful and friendly that made our choice we had to make very easy. We had 3 washers picked out. When he came back from his lunch break, he jumped right in We had told him the choices we had made. e explained pros and cons and with in a few minutes of we had picked out signed up and date of delivery before 10 mins. up. Thank you Mr. Berry for not trying to high pressure us to buy something more pricey, which you could have, but you didn't. I do greatly appreciate that. I can't say enough about this store. It's unusual to find everything you need in one store, but it happens over and over at this store.

There is a guy in the Plumbing department (tall w/ thick black beard) who has been extremely helpful to me. I'm installing a radiant heater in my garage. I've put in two others at different locations, but always paid someone to install the vent piping. Since I was a novice at this, his assistance was greatly appreciated. My dumb questions where answered with respect and concern. Good Job!

I'm installing a radiant heater in my garage. I needed B Vent double wall pipe. There was a guy in the plumbing department (Tall with a thick black beard) who was extremely helpful. I had put in this type of heater before (my last house and my son's house) but always paid someone to do the piping. This guy helped me through the project explaining what I needed and why. My measurements were wrong so I went back a few times and he always was there to assist. Good Job!

I have always been pleased with the customer service at Home Depot. Occasionally I will shop at another store which reminds me of why I keep returning to the canton store. Good organization of supplies and friendly staff.
