Very impressed in my last two visits. The staff are very knowledgeable on the plants and flowers to the extent that it made me want addition garden items now vs later. So I spent over $100 vs just $20 these tw trips.

My comtinual visits to the Home Depot in South Elgin on Randall Rd are consistantly met with friendly people and competent assistance.

Associate was unfriendly and not willing to listen to what we needed. It also took far too long for our blinds to be transferred from the Batavia store. It shouldn't take a week to receive blinds from a store 20 minutes down the road. Also, this associate needs to be trained better, and also needs to be more friendly, regardless of how busy the store is at the time we were there. The salesperson ID on our receipt is JH13E3 so you can identify her.

The customer service, from check in to check out is superb, as is the excellent manager of this facility. Problems are corrected and resolved with a smile.

Previously, I had the impression that Home Depot was a little more expensive than the other local home improvement store. We checked prices and found that they were actually LOWER at Home Depot for the items we wanted. The employees were all super friendly and helpful.

As mentioned previously, Jerry, in the plumbing dept. was very helpful and was able to answer all our questions and gather all the parts we needed. We think it's really important when going to Home Depot that the employees are able to answer the technical questions and Jerry was great.

What a great company! I purchased a Lifetime Yard Shed from HD online and needed to build a deck to support the shed. While at another HD store I saw a brochure for Dek Block and decided to use these and their plans to build my deck. Commendations to the associates at the S. Elgin, Il store for helping me to get all the materials I needed. Jim K Pro DH, Chris from Flooring who personally got the dek Blocks from another store and Mario Pro Loader who helped load my rented HD truck. I am amazed at the help and the way the associates went out of their way to take care of me and help with my purchase which was over $300. Thank you Home Depot. Yes I did it and you helped/

I had a dripping shower that predated buying the house. I didn't know the brand for a replacement cartridge. Jerry looked at the picture on my phone, identified the brand, told me how to remove the old one and install the new one and pulled all the materials I would need off the shelf. Saved me from having to call a plumber.
