This store is packed with great people , from the Store Manager Scott and the ASM Justine the entire Pro Desk WOW and the Customer service Team just name them This Store is packed with a lot of Amazing people (,unlike the in grand prairie 360 south store number 8517 full of Lazy people even the store manager Lazy)

You are a very busy place. Other places (LOWES) are tidier, but do not feel welcoming. Keep up the great work and the friendliness of your people.

Melissa and Judy in Customer Service were helpful from the time I walked into the store until I found what I was looking for. I did not spend useless time looking for the products I needed since I was hot and tired. Both were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They knew your store and its products. I bought more than I came for because of their helpfulness. Thanks Melissa and Judy. It was a pleasure shopping there today.

The store was clean and even after 5pm on a work day their were several employees available in the store to assist. The flooring specialist was very knowledgeable.

Most of the people at this location were friendly and helpful. What has earned this location a single star is the Tool and Truck rental department. Don't even consider doing business with them if you expect any kind of customer service, common courtesy or even rational thought on their part. Showed up around 10AM and asked if they had trucks available. They did not but offered to put me on the waiting list since they expected at least one truck back in 30 to 45 minutes. Provided my phone number, I was the only person on the list. Great! I went around and gathered the materials I needed (lumber, insulation, etc.), paid for it and parked it near the loading entrance. Checked in - no truck yet. Ok, I explained my load was ready and I would wander the store for a while and check back. Checked back around 20 minutes later and the clerk had just finished renting a truck to another couple. I was told the store policy is to not look at the waiting list if someone is at the counter when a truck becomes available! Just rent it. Imagine running a restaurant or any other business that way, i.e. on the waiting list and in the premises waiting and they give your table (or whatever) to the first person that walks up just as something becomes available. Returned my purchases and drove away after wasting a good portion of my free day. They don't care and I know it's not going to hurt them but I will not do business with any establishment that has so little regard for its customers.

Associate are friendly and helpful

I love Home Depot! Not only the store, their online website is user friendly plus they have great tutorials for home projects! I would definitely recommend Home Depot!

This store is really convenient to the business, and they open early morning, when you need something or have an emergency they’ re open late.
