I am used to home depot sub par as far as cleanliness and customer service but this store takes the cake. I for one will take my 200k a year from home depot over to Lowe's and call it all history, I would suggest everyone who reads this to do the same

Associates as Lupee, Cashier, go above and beyond to help you!!! They are very patient, courteous, friendly, and well trained.

I shop Home Depot regularly and of all the ones in the area I find this one the best by far. The shelves are neat so I can find things easily, the personnel seems much more courteous so I enjoy the process more, and the variety of products is much better so that I make fewer trips to find things. I used to go to specialty stores for my diy project but now I go to this store first and usually find exactly what i need.

This store consistently has the items that I need with periodic specials on the items. The sales personnel are helpful.

Everyone in the store was extremely helpful and pleasant. Ms.Cathy handled my return a few days later, and she was so kind, friendly and very pleasant. People like her will make me come back to that home depot, and I live on the Westside of Fort Worth.

No long wait lines Sweet employee's Great sales and prices

Mr. English, Assistant Manager, Associates, Judy in Customer Service and Gale, Cashier helped me find a great deal I was not expecting. My purchase is working out wonderful. Well trained, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly all the time! They are never too busy to help you.

Judy in Cust Ser was very speedy, efficient, professional, and friendly esp since I was pressed for time. Manual Sosa was very helpful with suggestions and helping me with my purchases. They were super!!! My purchases were of very good quality.

Review and understand the return and exchange policy before making purchases, specifically at this location. The store manager(Tom Rivas) would not exchange a item I received as a Christmas gift, but rather quoted me his version of the store return/exchange policy. When I asked to see the policy he could not find it and told me it would be on a receipt, but the receipts just refer you to posting that suppose to be visible in the store but was not. Note the item which was Husky was clearly marked lifetime warranty, and had no physical damage. Just was not functioning properly or as intended. To my understanding, Klein and husky both have lifetime warranty on all their tools and are suppose to be honored by all dealers.

This particular store has always been a joy to shop in. The employees have always been helpful in a positive way, example they won't say we don't have it, but they will check nd let you know if you would like for them to get it for you. Always willing to render help and assistance a to how to do a particular job and so on. You always had the products and now you have the employees who help u choose the right products for whatever you are trying to work on.

This store consistently has excellent products and priced better than competitors. Fencing, water heaters, ceiling fansb fans, plumbing and electrical are are excellent values.eaters,

Associates are very friendly and patient. I have shopped at different stores and found Associates at this store most accommodating and well trained!!!!! Alfonso in Customer Service (on Monday)and Christian in the Paint Department (on Sunday)were GREAT! Both were very, very knowledgeable, patient and helped me find exactly what I wanted! I consumed a lot of their time but they were very conscientious. I appreciate them for this. I love my final purchases. Who would have thought of using paint coveralls in the garden to keep the bugs off. Works for me. Clean store.

Thurs, Brenda in Cust. service was more than helpful with my online purchase and loading. I had surgery and couldn't lift over 10 -20 pounds! She was great! The online survey did not have a place to say positive comments. Friday, Cathy in Cust. service was wonderful with her suggestions for my project! She was inspirational and encouraging. I was concerned about several products, and she was very familiar with the use of the products. Both were very patient, professional, and helpful.

I don't like the fact that the Pro - Spend is not what I expected. IT IS NOT A REWARD PROGRAM unless you buy a lot of paint. Since signing up I have spent over 4200 dollars in 4 months. There is no benefit until I buy 2,000 in paint. only 1805..04 to go. There is always long lines at the checkout pro desk or other lines.

The customer service department/returns and ServicePro are very helpful and friendly. However, there lacks sales personnel in the building and lumber departments. However, other departments have lots of help.
