A very friendly atmosphere to shop. Associates are very helpful and knowledgeable. Naomi in Customer Service, Greg, and Michael were very helpful. I learned of products that I had not considered. I had to return home to measure for another product, but I will return to purchase after their assistance.

Brenda in Customer Service called and left a message that I had a refund, and please stop by the store. I appreciated the call. This was time consuming on her part and very nice of her. It showed customer appreciation and value. I got my refund and spent 4x more than the refund. LOL. Brenda as all the Associates at this store are well trained and make you want to shop at this store. Good Job!!!! Associates are very thorough and follow through no matter how big or small the transaction is. This store shows that there is concern for their customers at all levels. Please continue to allow your Associates to be able to take some extra time with customers as me. Your Associates are well trained and they show it!!

I just had an experience where I was shopping for a specialty item at another store , and I spent approximately 1/2 hour looking for the item after I asked a sales associate about the item. I was told it is over there on the right and he continued sitting . It was on the left. I have not had this experience at this store,#0529. The Associates follow through until you get what you need. I forgot her name since I did not write it down, I think it was Jana at Self Checkout on 1/24/17 at 6:33 pm. I left my credit card at home, and she held my purchases for me until I went home to get it. I did not have to re-shop for my items which saved me time!!!! She was wonderful, patient, and helpful. Please continue to allow your Associates to be able to take some extra time with customers as me. Your Associates are well trained and they show it!!

When I first started this project, I had just ideas for implementation. The Associates and Managers at this store helped me go from ideas to possibilities. When this weather breaks, I am confident my project will be worth sharing. BRENDA, JUDY, MELISSA, and MARIA, CS, helped again OVER SEVERAL DAYS with a very difficult order, SUE AND CARLOS in Gardening, gave excellent suggestions and directions, DAISY in Flooring gave excellent suggestions and assistance, and again RICHARD RENTERIA's help was invaluable. BRENDA's assistance helped me find and buy a product I had not seen before.

Associates are very knowledgeable about all department and are willing to help make your shopping experience positive. GAIL was very helpful with a return that I had many questions about. She and MARIA gave excellent suggestions and assistance for my project. Both were very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Associates are well trained!!!

Associates in this store are willing to help you from conception of an idea to planning, materials, and financial options. MR. ENGLISH was very reassuring about financial options, JUDY and BRENDA in CS corrected my order where I had messed it up. NAOMI AND RICHARD RENTERIA were phenomenal with planning and implementation suggestions and help, DARYL JR. went above and beyond to help me find materials throughout his department and the store, and HEATHER, Cashier was very patient in checking out my order to keep it straight in my head. Thank You. I would just like to say I observed several customers needing extra assistance and they were helped in the same friendly manner. Your employees are great!!!

Store Associates/Managers turned this situation and made it a positive experience in many ways. My order included 69 items and these wonderful, talented, people gave me many ideas and assistance beyond my expectations from credit to acquiring products. Fantastic were Mr.English's assurance re my credit, Justin, Asst. Mgr., Judy, Naomi, Brenda, &Maria in Cust. Serv were phenomenal. Daryl Jr. in Paint was tops with his help, suggestions and ideas, Manual Sosa, Loader,did the super impossible.

Mr. English, Assistant Manager, Brenda and Judy in Customer Service, and Sue in Gardening, not only helped me with this purchase but helped me comprise a list of 43-44 items to be purchased later. They were fantastic!!! I really appreciate their help which was above and beyond expectations!!!!!!

When you are pressed for time, this Home Depot will ask how high when you say Jump! Tessa's team of pros... Robert, Cynthia, Tom, Julia, Lucy... understand what it takes! Keep up the good work Mr. Michael Q

This store is very customer oriented, organized, and a problem solver. They are willing to help you from the time you enter until you go to your car. Mr. Q, The Manager, Mr. English, and Another Assistant Manager who helped me to my car, (I lost his name), made me feel very welcome again, Jeannette was very helpful in getting me quickly checked out despite the questions I had. Maria in Customer Service, (I hope I have her name right) was well informed about your products and was able to give me excellent suggestions. I love the selections Jeannette and Maria helped me with. My shopping experience was great especially since I and other shoppers were doing last minute shopping.

This store has the best Pro Desk, friendly people who are interested in you the customer. Tessa and her Team really know their stuff. They go the extra mile to insure your are cared for! This shows the importance of good management! Thanks Michael Q for a great year!

Rented equipment from this store, and since it was xmas weekend I was told I would not be charged for xmas. They did anyway, and seemed not to care about losing business

Came from Mansfield to get some Christmas lights and they were extremely helpful.

I would definitely recommend for products that you can purchase on your own. I would look carefully at all receipts when you decide to do any form of service rental for possible upcharges. I fell into that trap of being up charged for a protection that I was not aware of or even needed.

This is the friendliest, customer-service oriented store I have ever shopped at! I always get help, no matter what product I need knowledge on. No store is perfect...in the last 15 yrs since I have been shopping at this store, I have had only 1 negative experience and the manager was quick to offer help to solve the problem. All my other shopping/purchasing experiences have been great!

This South Fort Worth Store has ALWAYS been very helpful through check out and those who work on the floor, as we are in here several times a month and sometimes every few days, we rate this store the best Home Depot in the Fort Worth area! We have shopped at several other Home Depots close by and have been disappointed in the service and the looks of the stores, but the SOUTH FORT WORTH HOME DEPOT rocks! We tell everyone about it too. Whomever the manager is at this location is doing a fabulous job along with the employees who always have a cheerful way to engage with customers. Associates were cordial and ready to help. Self-checkout always available and easy to use. Store is located close to my home and has great hours.

Had a wonderful shopping experience, the staff was great & helpful. I had an associate help me find a product I was having trouble locating he took me straight to it, also they had really great sells and the store was fully stocked.

The cashier was not very friendly sort of maybe she was just tired no big deal

When arriving to the store, many of the associates were congregating at the Customer Service desk. I asked for assistance in the hardware section, but the hardware associate (who was at the Cust Service desk) spent 5 minutes describing where I should go look instead of walking to the area to assist. While looking for the nuts and washers, many of the plastic bags were empty and weren't in the correct location. I went back to the hardware associate a 2nd time for help and still didn't get any assistance. While searching through misplaced inventory I was approached by a customer who apparently just received an in-store credit and persisted to try to sell me the in store credit for cash. After 20 minutes of searching, I finally went to check out and only one register was open and the line was so long it stretched down the paint isle. So I proceeded to the self checkout area and 3 of those registers were inoperable. This is not the first time I've experienced this at this store but it will be the last, due to the fact that I will not be returning. I have purchased SEVERAL gift cards and purchased many items totaling a substantial amount of money from Home Depot and live less than 5 minutes away from that location. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed, and will be driving to Burleson to a competing retailer moving forward. This is unacceptable, you must do better. These issues are due to a simple reason, negligence. Training, work ethic and pride can immediately correct these careless customer service failures. I hope this reaches someone who actually cares.

the store was clean, was very pleased with the lady that helped me in the flower dept,and at the register.my bag of soil was so heavy .i asked a guy in the parking lot to put it in my trunk,he did and i was thankful. i guess i could have gone back in the store and got help but at the time i had my 96 yr.old mom with me.
