I have always shopped at homedpot since this store was opened close to me and always find any I need

while shopping at the Home Depot on Kings Canyon in Fresno I encountered an associate name Maria. she was extremely friendly helpful and knowledgeable about the products that I asked for and I would definitely ask for her again the next time I come in to Home Depot

The employees were very helpful, friendly and nice. I love going to this home Depot and will continue to do so.

They take time with you to help you on what you need. I'm very satisfied with Maria from hardware dept and Mike from paint dept.. A+!

This store has what I need at least 98% of the time which really helps me in general as far as lost time, fuel for multiple trips. Great check out cashiers, professional and always greeting you, as to say you matter to us.

The Home Depot store on Kings Canyon Avenue in Fresno was well-staffed with pleasant and helpful associates and, as always, MILLIONS of items! THANK YOU TO MARIA, from the Hardware Department. She didn't just tell me to go to aisle (?), but took me right to the EXACT spot where my small piece of hardware was located. I could easily have missed it. MARIA is someone you SHOULD ask for when you visit The Home Depot on Kings Canyon. She has the dedication to customer service that is often lacking in The Home Depot. My faith is restored. Thank you, Maria!

I normally shop the Home Depot in Clovis on Shaw, but decided to give this one a try. They are both equidistance from my home. I will likely continue to make this particular Home Depot my default now. There was an associate in every area I visited that was available and willing to help me, from rebar to light bulbs to gardening gloves. The associates were knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and fast. I couldn't believe I got everything on my list in such a short period of time.

we came in to purchase parts for a plumbing leak under the kitchen sink. Kat was in the aisle asked us what we needed and took over from there .We didn;t have to try to find anything, she pulled everything we needed and even helped us to build it in store so that we would know what to do when we returned home. Kat made our visit a breeze!!!we really appreciated her

I Came a few days ago and met a fella name Eric and he was an awesome young fella. I had gone thru 4 other associates before they called him over. He didn't leave my side until I was satisfied with everything I needed. Thank you to Eric....

I greatly appreciate the availability of products that I need. I would say on an average I visit Home Depot 12 times a month. I greatly appreciate how they acknowledge Military Veterans, as for I am a Veteran. Also they give all Veteran's a 10% discount which is greatly appreciated.

I have been going to Home Depot for over 20 years. Many products are always available, great knowledgeable help with stores employees. No matter what I seem to need, Home Depot has the items 98% of the time stocked. This is a great no hassle, no frustration feeling. I will always continue to shop at Home Depot and recommend to everyone.

Took 20 minutes to wait for a sales associate to buy a washer

the store was clean and the items that I looking for is easy to find.

Went to purchase lumber. The quality of the lumber available was poor, so asked for an associate to bring down more lumber. First associate showed up 15 minutes later, and didn't know how to work the forklift, so they called for another associate. After waiting another 15 minutes, I eventually requested a supervisor. Supervisor showed up, and requested another associate to help, which took another 15 minutes. 45 minutes I finally was able to get the lumber I needed. This should have only been a 15 minute visit to the store. Completely unacceptable service.

I am disabled and can't lift very much weight. There was an employee at the entrance who immediately called for assistance for me (I was purchasing a lawn mower). Three employees helped me get it in a cart, roll it to the check out and assisted with getting it in my car. I was very happy with the service.
