Clean and great customer service and the store is organized.

We always enjoy going to the Home Depot in South Hill. The people there are friendly and helpful, even if we don't always know what we need. They are never impatient and usually offer suggestions as to what we need.

Every time I have been to this store they have always had the products I needed and answered my questions on everything including well pumps and sump pumps. They know the products they have in stock and can give you a great recommendation on what is needed for a particular situation.

Associate went out of his way to be sure I found several items I was looking for. I did not have to ask, he asked me. extremely helpful and joyous in his work. Makes it a pleasure to shop when employees have great attitudes. store was clean and well stocked.

The store is clean thru out the employees are always there to answer any questions I might have, The check out is One of the best I have seen, if there is long lines there is always an employee there to open another line. Check out is fast and easy.

I've been shopping at Home Depot in South Hill for about 8 years. Everyone is helpful and it seems over the years I've met several associates and it feels like family!

I go in real often, to pick up supplies for our business and the employees are always willing to come to my rescue, there are times, I don't know what something is and I have to depend on the employees to help get me in and out properly. This store has the best employees, you learn them by name, and most of them are very educated on what they are helping you with. I think I have probably been in about every department and I have no complaints about any help I have received, I think some of theses employees are just considering your job as much as there's. I appreciate the employees and the store being in South Hill, my hats off to them and I hope they will continue to grow.

This is the only home improvement store convenient to my house, but I would choose it over the stores near where I used to live in Maryland.
