I thought that the store had many available employees that were willing to provide support and assist me in finding the products I needed. I would recommend anyone that is in need of home goods appliances, or home decor to complete your shopping experience at Home Depot.

Bought a stove and clothes washer, everything was easy to find and associates were great!

I am most satisfied with this store. I have limited mobility and recognizing this, I was greated with the invitation to use an electric cart, which I did. All of the associates in the store were friendly and very helpful, including the cashier.

I received help for picking matching colors, difference in paint product line. Thanks to all.

I was looking for a combo drill set for my home use and looked on line and came across the RIDGED brand. Unsure of the brand I went to the store to find more info and compare. The lady in the hand tool section was very helpful and showed me several different options of brands and packages. I had really shopped in Home depot and was very impressed with the whole store and plan to go back for future purchases when looking for equipment and materials.

Tyler in the flooring area was extremely helpful and friendly. Will be back to shop here again

The associate who helped me was so knowledgable about what was stocked in the store and assisted me in thinking of all the associated purchases I needed to buy that I decided to buy rather than just look. She pointed out where I could find special deals that saved money and I left feeling my project was well underway.

Associates were polite, helpful, professional and all with an appropriate sense of humor. They all went out of their way to be sure I had the right product and then handled the checkout with speed and efficiency.

Just had to pick up some anchors, and found a shelving unit on sale. In and out in under 30 minutes. Using the website to shop made all the difference.

Store was clean, product I needed was easy to find. Associates were easily found.

I used my PC to check the inventory level of the items that I needed, and I called the store and had them hold the amount of flooring that I needed for my home. It took me longer to drive to the store from my home then getting the items that I had held for me. It only took me about 15 minutes to find the items, get them loaded, pay for them and get them loaded in my SUV. The hole shopping experience couldn't have gone any smoother.

I went in to purchase a front door and installation, showed the sales associate which door and explained what I needed, he acted like he knew what he was doing until it came to proceeding the information into the computer. I sat at that counter for 20 minutes while the two employees talked about what time they get off, how they didn't know what they weren't doing etc. not once did they bother to apologize for the delay or even call someone with any knowledge of how to complete my order. Needless to say I went to lowes was in and out with great service before I could even complete this review.

Over the past two weeks, I've rented both a power rake and an overseeder for lawn maintenance. Both units worked well. The price was reasonable and I liked the policy of allowing me the 4 hr rate for an early return from an anticipated full day rental. The associates were friendly and efficient.

With new LED lighting now available I needed assistance to answer question that I had. The store associate answered the questions that I had for lighting my garage. Before I used high wattage bulbs which use a lot of energy. Now with recommendation on what would work best using LED lighting, I have better lighting and saving money. This was a WIN WIN!

The time for doing my job was longer than expected because the cutters on the stump grinder were not sharp. I telephone and asked if they had new cutters. The Associate offered me the rental of a different unit, but this would have involved 1.5 additional hours of travel time. So I decided to tough it out with the unit which I had. I removed the cutters and turned them to expose a different surface and this helped somewhat, though the cutters were well worn on all three sides. When I brought the unit back and explained the matter, they were willing to allow me the 4 hour charge, though I had the unit for 7 hours.

The cutters were dull on my stump grinder. I phoned asked if they had new cutters. The associate said I could bring the unit back and take out another one. This would have involved 1.5 hours road time. I decided to use the unit which I had rented. I had to tighten the belts on the unit. And I removed the cutters and re-installed them using a different side of the cutters, but these were pretty worn also.

Helpful staff in the paint department. Quick turn around on getting the paint that I needed.

The clerks were very helpful. They helped us choose our products and get checked out quickly.

We were very impressed with the Paint Department. It was well-organized with attractive and helpful displays. I especially liked the Behr computer stain kiosk, stained wood samples and arrangement of paint cards. Associates were readily available, knowledgable, helpful & friendly. Home Depot's Paint Department is well-organized and I always leave happy.

The store is laid out well. There is most always someone to great you and ask you if you need help when you enter the store

Always have a great experience in this store. Needed a board cut for a project and a passing employee dropped what he was doing and completed the cut for us. Very attentive and polite staff.

We want fruit bearing bushes or trees. Trent helped us a lot and rang things up, helped us load and took cart back for us. What a gentleman. True asset to your store.

I have made multiple trips and noticed that ALWAYS at least one store employee will approach me and ask if I need help. Every time I entered a different department, someone would usually ask if I needed help finding anything. That is very nice to not have to hunt down anyone and that employees make sure customers find what they need!

Deb, our sales associate, was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. Because of this, we ended up purchasing more appliances than we originally intended, but we were confident we were getting what we wanted and at a good price.

I BOUGHT MOVING BOXES IN LINCOLN, THE SAME BOXES WERE HALF PRICE IN ANOTHER STATE... PRICE CONSISTENCY IS AN IMPORTANT THING.

The cashier and manager were extremely helpful to me in finding an eGift certificate on my phone. The manager was patient, helpful and knowledgeable and the cashier immediately called the manager when the question I had required a manager's input. A great shopping experience at Home Depot.

During my visit to the store yesterday, it was very busy yet clean and well organized. The Help Desk lived up to their name….they were helpful.
